Abstract
1. Способ выделения L-лизина из культуральной жидкости, включающий сорбцию лизина из освобожденного от биомассы подкисленного раствора на сильносшитом полистирольном сульфокатионите, промывку последнего от указанного раствора водой, элюцию 5%-ным раствором аммиака с отбором лизинсодержащей фракции, первичное вакуум-упаривание, нейтрализацию концентрата соляной кислотой, адсорбционное осветление на макропористом слабоосновном анионите конденсационного типа, вторичное вакуум-упаривание с последующей кристаллизацией лизина монохлоргидрата, отделением кристаллов от маточника и сушкой кристаллов, отличающийся тем, что перед сорбцией подкисляют непосредственно культуральную жидкость до рН 1,9-2,3, после отделения биомассы сорбцию лизина на сульфокатионите ведут до состояния насыщения или близкого к нему, промывку водой ведут при температуре 70-85°С и расходе обессоленной воды 1,1-1,3 объема на объем слоя ионита, отбор лизинсодержащей фракции аммиачного элюата производят по достижении рН 6-7, в отобранную лизинсодержащую фракцию вводят серусодержащий антиоксидант в количестве 0,28-0,43%, первичное вакуум-упаривание ведут с концентрированием раствора в 2,3-2,8 раза, а сушку кристаллов лизина монохлоргидрата осуществляют при температуре 85-90°С. ! 2.
