Многослойная бутылка, включающая внутренний и внешний слои, каждый выполненный, главным образом, из полиэфира (А), и, по меньшей мере, один барьерный слой между внутренним и внешним слоями, при этом полиэфир (А) представляет собой термопластичную смолу, полученную полимеризацией компонента дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащего 80 мол.% или более терефталевой кислоты с диоловым компонентом, содержащим 80 мол.% или более этиленгликоля; а барьерный слой содержит полиамид (В), полученный поликонденсацией диаминового компонента, содержащего 70 мол.% или более м-ксилилендиамина с компонентом дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащим 70 мол.% или более α,ω-нормальной алифатической двухосновной кислоты, имеющей от 4 до 20 атомов углерода, и полиамид (С), имеющий повышенное содержание поглощенной воды, чем полиамид (В), измеренное при 23°C и 50% относительной влажности при 1 атм, причем содержание полиамида (С) в барьерном слое составляет 20% по весу или менее, исходя из веса барьерного слоя. ! 2. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание поглощенной воды полиамидом (В) составляет от 2,5 до 5% по весу. ! 3. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание поглощенной воды полиамидом (С) составляет от 3 до 13% по весу. ! 4. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание полиамида (С) в барьерном слое составляет от 1 до 20% по весу на основе веса барьерного слоя. ! 5. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой полиамидом (С) является, по меньшей мере, один полиамид, выбранный из группы, состоящей из алифатического полиамида и аморфного полуароматического полиамида. ! 6. Claims (16)
1. Многослойная бутылка, включающая внутренний и внешний слои, каждый выполненный, главным образом, из полиэфира (А), и, по меньшей мере, один барьерный слой между внутренним и внешним слоями, при этом полиэфир (А) представляет собой термопластичную смолу, полученную полимеризацией компонента дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащего 80 мол.% или более терефталевой кислоты с диоловым компонентом, содержащим 80 мол.% или более этиленгликоля; а барьерный слой содержит полиамид (В), полученный поликонденсацией диаминового компонента, содержащего 70 мол.% или более м-ксилилендиамина с компонентом дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащим 70 мол.% или более α,ω-нормальной алифатической двухосновной кислоты, имеющей от 4 до 20 атомов углерода, и полиамид (С), имеющий повышенное содержание поглощенной воды, чем полиамид (В), измеренное при 23°C и 50% относительной влажности при 1 атм, причем содержание полиамида (С) в барьерном слое составляет 20% по весу или менее, исходя из веса барьерного слоя.
2. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание поглощенной воды полиамидом (В) составляет от 2,5 до 5% по весу.
3. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание поглощенной воды полиамидом (С) составляет от 3 до 13% по весу.
4. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой содержание полиамида (С) в барьерном слое составляет от 1 до 20% по весу на основе веса барьерного слоя.
5. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой полиамидом (С) является, по меньшей мере, один полиамид, выбранный из группы, состоящей из алифатического полиамида и аморфного полуароматического полиамида.
6. Многослойная бутылка по п.5, в которой полиамид (С) является комбинацией алифатического полиамида и аморфного полуароматического полиамида.
7. Многослойная бутылка по п.5, в которой алифатическим полиамидом является поли(6-аминокапроновая кислота) и/или поли(гексаметилен диамид адипиновой кислоты), а аморфным полуароматическим полиамидом является сополимер гексаметилен изофталамид/гексаметиленамид терефталевой кислоты.
8. Многослойная бутылка по п.5, в которой полуароматический полиамид содержится в количестве от 0,25 до 4 частей по весу на 1 часть по весу алифатического полиамида.
9. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой барьерный слой содержит соль металла и алифатической кислоты, имеющей от 18 до 50 атомов углерода в количестве от 0,005 до 1,0 части по весу из расчета на 100 частей по весу общего количества барьерного слоя.
10. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой барьерный слой содержит антистатический агент в количестве от 1 до 1000 частей на миллион.
11. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой полиамид (В) имеет среднечисловой молекулярный вес от 18000 до 43500.
12. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, которая имеет трехслойную структуру, последовательно включающую слой полиэфира (А), барьерный слой и слой полиэфира (А).
13. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, которая имеет пятислойную структуру, последовательно включающую слой из полиэфира (А), барьерный слой, слой полиэфира (А), барьерный слой и слой полиэфира (А).
14. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой процент веса барьерного слоя составляет от 1 до 20% по весу, из расчета от общего веса многослойной бутылки.
15. Многослойная бутылка по п.1, в которой барьерный слой является слоем, полученным из сухосмешанной смеси полиамида (В) и полиамида (С)).
16. Многослойный контейнер, включающий внутренний и внешний слои, каждый выполненный, главным образом, из полиэфира (А), и, по меньшей мере, один барьерный слой между внутренним и внешним слоями, при этом полиэфир (А) представляет собой термопластичную смолу, полученную полимеризацией компонента дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащего 80 мол.% или более терефталевой кислоты с диоловым компонентом, содержащим 80 мол.% или более этиленгликоля; а барьерный слой содержит полиамид (В), полученный поликонденсацией диаминового компонента, содержащего 70 мол.% или более м-ксилилендиамина с компонентом дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащим 70 мол.% или более α,ω-нормальной алифатической двухосновной кислоты, имеющей от 4 до 20 атомов углерода, и полиамид (С), имеющий повышенное содержание поглощенной воды, чем полиамид (В), измеренное при 23°C и 50% относительной влажности при 1 атм, причем содержание полиамида (С) в барьерном слое составляет 20% по весу или менее, исходя из веса барьерного слоя.
