Abstract
1. Полиэфирная композиция, которая включает полиэфирные полимеры и: ! а) атомы алюминия; и ! b) атомы щелочноземельного металла, или атомы щелочного металла, или остатки щелочного соединения; и ! с) частицы, которые содержат атомы титана, циркония, ванадия, ниобия, гафния, тантала, хрома, вольфрама, молибдена, железа или никеля или их комбинации. ! 2. Композиция по п.1, где частицы включают соединения переходных металлов, которые содержат атомы бора, углерода и азота; переходные металлы в элементарной форме и сплавы переходных металлов, где атомы переходных металлов представляют собой атомы титана, циркония, ванадия, ниобия, гафния, тантала, хрома, вольфрама, молибдена, железа или никеля, или их комбинации. ! 3. Композиция по п.2, где средний размер частиц составляет в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 500 нм, и где частицы присутствуют в количестве, составляющем от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 50 ч./млн от общей массы полиэфирной композиции. ! 4. Композиция по п.1, где указанные частицы содержат нитрид титана. ! 5. Композиция по п.1, где полиэфирный полимер получают взаимодействием кислотного компонента, содержащего, по крайней мере, 85 мол.% терефталевой кислоты, нафталиновой кислоты или их С1-С4 диалкиловых эфиров, с диольным компонентом, содержащим, по крайней мере, 90 мол.% этиленгликоля по отношению к мольному проценту для всех кислотных компонентов, составляющему 100 мол.%, и мольному проценту для всех диольных компонентов, составляющему 100 мол.%. ! 6. Claims (31)
1. Полиэфирная композиция, которая включает полиэфирные полимеры и:
а) атомы алюминия; и
b) атомы щелочноземельного металла, или атомы щелочного металла, или остатки щелочного соединения; и
с) частицы, которые содержат атомы титана, циркония, ванадия, ниобия, гафния, тантала, хрома, вольфрама, молибдена, железа или никеля или их комбинации.
2. Композиция по п.1, где частицы включают соединения переходных металлов, которые содержат атомы бора, углерода и азота; переходные металлы в элементарной форме и сплавы переходных металлов, где атомы переходных металлов представляют собой атомы титана, циркония, ванадия, ниобия, гафния, тантала, хрома, вольфрама, молибдена, железа или никеля, или их комбинации.
3. Композиция по п.2, где средний размер частиц составляет в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 500 нм, и где частицы присутствуют в количестве, составляющем от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 50 ч./млн от общей массы полиэфирной композиции.
4. Композиция по п.1, где указанные частицы содержат нитрид титана.
5. Композиция по п.1, где полиэфирный полимер получают взаимодействием кислотного компонента, содержащего, по крайней мере, 85 мол.% терефталевой кислоты, нафталиновой кислоты или их С1-С4 диалкиловых эфиров, с диольным компонентом, содержащим, по крайней мере, 90 мол.% этиленгликоля по отношению к мольному проценту для всех кислотных компонентов, составляющему 100 мол.%, и мольному проценту для всех диольных компонентов, составляющему 100 мол.%.
6. Композиция по п.5, где кислотный компонент модифицируют изофталевой кислотой, циклогександикарбоновой кислотой, нафталин-2,6-дикарбоновой кислотой, или их комбинациями, в количестве, составляющем больше, чем ноль, и меньше, чем 15 мол.%, или меньше.
7. Композиция по п.5, где диольный компонент модифицируют диэтиленгликолем, 1,4-циклогександиметанолом или их комбинациями, в количестве, составляющем не больше чем 10 мол.%.
8. Композиция по п.1, где частицы не вызывают повышения величины It.V. полиэфирного полимера в процессе его получения больше, чем на 0,10 дл/г.
9. Композиция по п.1, где частицы содержат одно или несколько следующих соединений металлов с одной или несколькими следующими эмпирическими формулами: нитрид титана в виде TiN или Ti2N; борид титана в виде TiB, TiB2, Ti2B или Ti2B5; карбид титана в виде TiC; нитрид ванадия в виде VN или V2N; бориды ванадия в виде VB, VB2, V2B3 или V3B2; карбид ванадия в виде VC или V2C; нитрид циркония в виде ZrN или Zr3N4; борид циркония в виде ZrB, ZrB2 или ZrB12; карбид циркония в виде ZrC; нитрид ниобия в виде NbN, Nb2N, Nb4N3, Nb3N6 или Nb4N5; борид ниобия в виде NbB или NbB2; карбид ниобия в виде NbC или Nb2C; нитрид гафния в виде HfN, Hf3N2 или Hf4N3; борид гафния в виде HfB или HfB2; карбид гафния в виде HfC; нитрид тантала в виде TaN, Ta2N, Ta3N5, Ta5N6 или Ta4N5; борид тантала в виде TaB, Ta3B4 или Ta3B2; карбид тантала в виде TaC или Ta2C; нитрид молибдена в виде MoN или Mo2N; борид молибдена в виде MoB, Mo2B, MoB2 или Mo2B5; карбиды молибдена в виде MoC или Mo2C; нитрид вольфрама в виде WN или W2N; борид вольфрама в виде WB, WB2, W2B или W2B5; карбид вольфрама в виде WC или W2C; нитрид хрома в виде CrN или Cr2N; борид хрома в виде CrB, CrB2, Cr5B3, Cr2B, Cr3B4 или CrB4; карбид хрома в виде Cr3C2 или Cr7C3; нитрид железа в виде Fe4N или Fe2N; борид железа в виде FeB или Fe2B; карбид железа в виде Fe3C; нитрид никеля в виде NiN, Ni4N, Ni3N или Ni3N2; борид никеля в виде NiB, Ni2B, Ni3B или Ni4B3; или карбид никеля в виде Ni3C; или их комбинации.
10. Композиция по п.1, где частицы содержат частицы нитрида титана, средний размер которых составляет в диапазоне от 5 до 60 нм, и количество частиц нитрида титана составляет в диапазоне от 1 до 15 ч./млн.
11. Композиция по п.1, где количество атомов алюминия составляет в диапазоне от 10 до приблизительно 100 ч./млн, и атомы алюминия получены из органических соединений алюминия.
12. Композиция по п.1, где щелочные и щелочноземельные металлы содержат атомы лития, натрия, калия, рубидия, цезия, магния, кальция, стронция или бария, или их комбинации.
13. Композиция по п.12, где количество щелочноземельного металла или щелочных металлов в полиэфирном полимере составляет в диапазоне, по крайней мере, от 4 вплоть до 250 ч./млн по отношению к массе полимера.
14. Композиция по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит атомы фосфора, где молярное отношение фосфора к кумулятивному общему количеству щелочноземельного металла или щелочного металла в пересчете на количество атомов металла составляет, по крайней мере, от 0,5:1 до 3:1.
15. Композиция по п.1, где величина It.V. полиэфирного полимера, полученного по реакции поликонденсации в расплаве, составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,72 мл/г.
16. Композиция по п.1, где степень частичной кристаллизации полиэфирного полимера составляет, по крайней мере, 30%, а значение L* составляет, по крайней мере, 70.
17. Композиция по п.1, содержащая от 10 до 50 ч./млн атомов Li, полученных из соединения лития, от 10 до 50 ч./млн алюминия, полученного из соединения алюминия; частицы, содержащие нитрид титана, карбид титана, борид титана или их комбинации, при этом средний размер частиц составляет в диапазоне от 15 до 60 нм, а их количество составляет от приблизительно 2 до 30 ч./млн, в обоих случаях по отношению к массе полиэфирного полимера.
18. Преформа бутылки, полученная из композиции по любому из пп.1-17.
19. Преформа бутылки по п.18, где указанная преформа имеет температурное улучшение при повторном нагреве (RIT), по меньшей мере, 5єС, значение L* 70 или более, и показатель b* от -8 до+5.
20. Преформа бутылки по п.18, имеющая показатель b* менее 3,0.
21. Способ получения полиэфирного полимерной композиции по любому из пп.1-17, который включает поликонденсацию расплава полиэфирного полимера в присутствии атомов алюминия и, по меньшей мере, одного из атомов щелочноземельного металла, или атомов щелочного металла, или щелочных соединений, и добавление частиц к полиэфирному полимеру или его реакционноспособным предшественникам перед проведением, в процессе проведения или после проведения поликонденсации, при этом указанные частицы содержат атомы титана, циркония, ванадия, ниобия, гафния, тантала, хрома, вольфрама, молибдена, железа или никеля, или их комбинации.
22. Способ по п.21, где полиэфирный полимер содержит повторяющиеся единицы алкилентерефталата или алкиленнафталата.
23. Способ по п.21, где расплав полиэфирного полимера подвергают поликонденсации в присутствии атомов алюминия и атомов лития, и где частицы содержат атомы титана.
24. Способ по п.21, где величина It.V. полиэфирного полимера, который получают в проводимой в расплаве реакции полимеризации, составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,72 дл/г.
25. Способ по п.21, где частицы добавляют в расплав полимера при проведении процесса в расплаве после того, как величина It.V. полиэфирного полимера достигнет значения 0,45 дл/г.
26. Способ по п.21, где частицы добавляют в проводимый в расплаве процесс в точке, расположенной вблизи выпускного отверстия конечного реактора поликонденсации и в любой точке позднее вплоть до пресс-формы, предназначенной для затвердевания расплава полиэфира, или в любой точке после затвердевания полиэфирного полимера, полученного в проводимом в расплаве процессе.
27. Способ по п.21, где полиэфирный полимер получают в отсутствие добавленных титансодержащих или сурьмусодержащих катализаторов.
28. Способ по п.21, где полиэфирный полимер этерифицируют в присутствии атомов лития, и где атомы лития добавляют в поток диола, который подают в реактор этерификации.
29. Способ по п.21, где полиэфирный полимер получают без добавления в проводимый в расплаве процесс какого-либо металлсодержащего катализатора, отличного от алюминийсодержащих катализаторов и щелочноземельных или щелочных катализаторов.
30. Способ по п.21, дополнительно включающий атомы фосфора, причем атомы фосфора добавляют к расплаву полиэфира после того, как выполнены одно или несколько из следующих условий:
а) расплав полиэфира достигает значения It.V., равного, по крайней мере, 0,50 дл/г, или
b) происходит снижение вакуума в процессе конденсации, если вакуум используют, или
с) в точке вблизи окончания конечного реактора или между конечным реактором и перед резальной машиной, или
d) в течение, по крайней мере, 75% времени поликонденсации; или
е) величина It.V. расплава полиэфира составляет в пределах 0,03 дл/г от конечной величины It.V. по окончании проводимого в расплаве процесса; или
f) в точке в пределах 10 мин или меньше от затвердевания расплава полиэфира.
31. Способ по п.21, где полиэфирный полимер получают по непрерывному способу, при этом производительность проводимого в расплаве способа составляет, по меньшей мере, 50 тонн/день.
