Abstract
1. Способ снижения уровня HbA1C и массы тела у индивида, в случае необходимости предусматривающий введение индивиду эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина в количестве, поддерживающем содержание эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина на уровне минимальной концентрации в плазме, составляющей по меньшей мере 170 пг/мл, в течение по меньшей мере 1 месяца. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где эксендин представляет собой эксендин-4. ! 3. Способ по п.1, где снижение уровня HbA1c составляет по меньшей мере 1,5%. ! 4. Способ по п.1, где уровень HbA1c снижают до уровня менее 7,0%. ! 5. Способ по п.1, где уровень HbA1c снижают до уровня менее 6,5%. ! 6. Способ по п.1, где снижение массы составляет по меньшей мере 2 кг. ! 7. Способ по п.1, где минимальная концентрация эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина в плазме составляет от 200 до 600 пг/мл. ! 8. Способ по п.1, где минимальная концентрация в плазме приводит к средней концентрации эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина в плазме, составляющей от 170 до 600 пг/мл. ! 9. Claims (20)
1. Способ снижения уровня HbA1C и массы тела у индивида, в случае необходимости предусматривающий введение индивиду эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина в количестве, поддерживающем содержание эксендина или аналога агониста эксендина на уровне минимальной концентрации в плазме, составляющей по меньшей мере 170 пг/мл, в течение по меньшей мере 1 месяца.
2. Способ по п.1, где эксендин представляет собой эксендин-4.
3. Способ по п.1, где снижение уровня HbA1c составляет по меньшей мере 1,5%.
4. Способ по п.1, где уровень HbA1c снижают до уровня менее 7,0%.
5. Способ по п.1, где уровень HbA1c снижают до уровня менее 6,5%.
6. Способ по п.1, где снижение массы составляет по меньшей мере 2 кг.
