Abstract
1. Способ перегонки нефти в сложной ректификационной колоне, включающий подачу нагретой в печи нефти в секцию питания основной колонны, подачу перегретого водяного пара в низ основной колонны и в низ отпарных колонн, отбор кубового остатка, отбор паров дистиллята из верха колонны, совместную конденсацию паров нефтепродуктов и паров воды с последующим отдалением сточных вод, острое и промежуточные циркуляционные орошения, отбор жидкости в отпарные колонны, отбор фракций нефтепродуктов из нижней части отпарных колонн, возврат паров из верхней части отпарных колонн в основную колонну, отличающийся тем, что в отпарных колоннах создают дополнительный паровой поток с помощью пленочных испарителей, в межтрубное пространство которых в качестве теплоносителя подают пары с нижележащих тарелок основной колонны, конденсат возвращают на тарелку отбора паров, не сконденсировавшуюся часть паров подают на вышележащую тарелку, а в пленочный испаритель подают водяной пар в количестве, обеспечивающем требуемую производительность пленочного испарителя. ! 2. Способ перегонки нефти по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для регулирования производительности пленочного испарителя используют изменение расхода конденсата из межтрубного пространства испарителя. ! 3. Способ перегонки нефти по п.2, отличающийся тем, что регулирование расхода водяного пара в пленочный испаритель производят в зависимости от уровня конденсата в межтрубном пространстве пленочного испарителя. ! 4.
