Abstract
1. Subtilisin produced by bacteria of the species Bacillus licheniformis, immobilized on a water-soluble pharmacologically acceptable polymer, has thrombolytic and / or anticoagulant properties. ! 2. Subtilisin according to claim 1, wherein the polymer is selected from the group: polyethylene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, pluronic, dextran. ! 3. Subtilisin according to claim 1, wherein the immobilization of subtilisin on the polymer is carried out by the action of ionizing radiation on an aqueous solution containing subtilisin produced by bacteria of the species Bacillus licheniformis and a pharmacologically acceptable polymer. ! 4. Subtilisin according to claim 3, for the production of which γ-radiation, a stream of accelerated electrons, ultraviolet radiation are used as ionizing radiation. ! 5. Subtilisin according to claim 1, for the production of which the polymer is used mainly in a concentration exceeding 10%, and the reaction mixture (an aqueous solution of the polymer with subtilisin) is frozen before irradiation to a temperature of (-20) - (- 140) ° C. ! 6. The subtilisin according to claim 1, wherein the subtilisin produced by the bacteria of the species Bacillus licheniformis is a 2,4 L FG alkalase. ! 7. Subtilisin according to claim 1, wherein the subtilisin produced by the bacteria of the species Bacillus licheniformis is subtilisin Carlsberg. ! 8. Subtilisin according to claim 1, selected from the group: alkalase 2.4 L FG, immobilized on PEO; subtilisin Carlsberg immobilized on PEO; alkalase 2.4 L FG immobilized on polyvinylpyrrolidone; subtilisin Carlsberg immobilized on polyvinylpyrrolidone; alkalase 2.4 L FG immobilized on polyacrylamide; subtilisin Carlsberg immobilized on polyacrylamide; alkalase 2,4 L FG immobilized on pluronium
