Claims (15)

1. Композиция катализатора без носителя, которая включает в себя один или несколько металлов группы VIb, один или несколько неблагородных металлов группы VIII, один или несколько цеолитов и, необязательно, тугоплавкий оксидный материал.
2. Композиция катализатора по п.1, в которой цеолит представляет собой ультрастабильный или весьма ультрастабильный цеолит Y, который присутствует в количестве от 1 до 85 мас.%, предпочтительно от 15 до 75 мас.%, в расчете на всю композицию.
3. Композиция катализатора по п.1, в которой тугоплавкий оксид представляет собой диоксид кремния, который присутствует в количестве от 0 до 40 мас.%, предпочтительно от 0 до 15 мас.%, в расчете на всю композицию.
4. Композиция катализатора по п.1, в которой тугоплавкий оксид представляет собой диоксид титана, который присутствует в количестве от 0 до 40 мас.%, предпочтительно от 0 до 15 мас.%, в расчете на всю композицию.
5. Композиция катализатора по любому из пп.1-4, в которой присутствующие металлы представляют собой никель и молибден в молярном соотношении никеля к молибдену от 0,5:1 до 2,5:1.
6. Композиция катализатора по п.5, в которой количество молибдена, расположенного в порах цеолита, находится в диапазоне от 4, предпочтительно от 5 до 25 мас.%, в расчете на оксидную форму композиции.
7. Способ получения композиции катализатора по любому из пп.1-6, в котором одно или несколько соединений металлов группы VIb объединяют с одним или несколькими соединениями неблагородных металлов группы VIII, и с цеолитом, в присутствии протоносодержащей жидкости и необязательно щелочного соединения, и после осаждения извлекают композицию катализатора.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором в ходе осаждения смесь компонентов имеет значение рН, по меньшей мере, 6,0.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно из соединений металла частично находится в твердом состоянии и частично в растворенном состоянии.
10. Способ по п.9, который включает в себя нагревание предшественника композиции, который находится в виде суспензии, или извлечен из суспензии необязательно после старения при температуре в диапазоне от 20 до 95°С, минимум в течение 10 мин, причем указанную суспензию получают путем (со)осаждения, при соответствующей температуре и в течение достаточного времени, одного или нескольких соединений металлов группы VIb, одного или нескольких соединений неблагородных металлов группы VIII, одного или нескольких цеолитов, необязательно одного или нескольких тугоплавких оксидных материалов и щелочного соединения, в протоносодержащей жидкости.
11. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, в котором композицию катализатора выделяют с помощью распылительной сушки.
12. Композиция катализатора, полученная способом по п.7.
13. Способ превращения углеводородного сырья в материалы с меньшей температурой кипения, который включает в себя контактирование сырья при повышенной температуре в присутствии композиции катализатора по любому из пп.1-6, 12, или композиции катализатора, полученной способом по любому из пп.7-11.
14. Применение композиции катализатора по любому из пп.1-6 и 12 в способе гидрокрекинга.
15. Способ по п.13, или применение по п.14, в котором композицию катализатора подвергают сульфидированию, используя реагент сульфидирования в жидкой фазе.
