Claims (14)

1. Способ получения катализатора эпоксидирования олефина, включающий
внедрение фторсодержащих частиц и усиливающей прочность добавки в носитель с последующим прокаливанием при температуре от более 900 до менее 1200°С; и
последующее осаждение каталитических частиц на данный носитель,
в котором усиливающую прочность добавку выбирают из группы, состоящей из циркониевых частиц, частиц группы лантаноидов, кальциевых частиц, магниевых частиц, неорганического стекла и их смесей.
2. Способ получения катализатора эпоксидирования олефина, включающий
внедрение усиливающей прочность добавки в носитель, который имеет мелкозернистую матрицу, имеющую слоистую или пластинчатую морфологию, с последующим прокаливанием при температуре от более 900 до менее 1200°С; и
последующее осаждение каталитических частиц на данный носитель,
в котором усиливающую прочность добавку выбирают из группы, состоящей из циркониевых частиц, частиц группы лантаноидов, кальциевых частиц, магниевых частиц, неорганического стекла и их смесей.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором слоистая или пластинчатая морфология такова, что частицы, имеющие в, по меньшей мере, одном направлении размер более 0,1 мкм, имеют, по меньшей мере, одну существенно плоскую основную поверхность.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором усиливающая прочность добавка содержит церий.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором носитель содержит альфа-оксид алюминия.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором каталитические частицы содержат один или более из молибдена, никеля и вольфрама.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором каталитические частицы содержат серебро.
8. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий осаждение на носитель высокоселективной добавки, содержащей один или более из рения, молибдена, хрома и нитрат- или нитритобразующих соединений.
9. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий осаждение на носитель рениевого компонента или рениевого компонента и рениевого сопромотора.
10. Способ эпоксидирования олефина, который включает взаимодействие сырья, содержащего олефин и кислород, с катализатором, полученным с помощью способа по любому из пп.1-9.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором катализатор получают с помощью способа по п.9 и в котором концентрация диоксида углерода в сырье составляет менее 1 мол.%.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором концентрация диоксида углерода в сырье составляет от 0,50 до 0,75 мол.%.
13. Способ по любому из пп.10-12, в котором олефин содержит этилен.
14. Способ получения 1,2-диола, простого эфира 1,2-диола или алканоламина, включающий
получение оксида олефина с помощью способа эпоксидирования олефина по любому из пп.10-13 и
превращение оксида олефина в 1,2-диол, простой эфир 1,2-диола или алканоламин.
