Claims (4)
1. Устройство для изгиба валков в многовалковой прокатной клети с укрепленными на входной и выходной сторонах между подушками валков и в окнах станины прокатной клети изгибными блоками, нагружаемыми установочными средствами, отличающееся тем, что
изгибные блоки (5,5a) одной станины (6) прокатной клети согласованы с поршневым цилиндром (7), а изгибные блоки (5', 5a') противоположной станины (6') прокатной клети согласованы с устройством (10) вертикального позиционирования.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что посредством устройства (10) вертикального позиционирования позиция смены валков имеет возможность регулирования по вертикали.
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что поршневые цилиндры (7) соответственно состоят из расположенных в изгибном блоке (5) поршней (8) и соединительного штока (9) на другом изгибном блоке (5a).
4. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что устройство (10) вертикального позиционирования выполнено в виде винтового подъемного механизма, в виде клиньев с принудительной подачей, в виде цилиндра с зажимной головкой и позиционным датчиком, в виде эксцентрикового вала или другого механизма для вертикального позиционирования.
