Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轨道形轧材的轧机机座,特别是用于进行可逆式轧制,具有两个轧材在它们之间移动的工作辊和配设于每个工作辊的支承辊,其中不管是支承辊还是工作辊分别支承在轴承座内,并给支承辊配设弯曲部件(Biegebloecke)。
背景技术
由DE 33 27 433 C2已知一种这一类型的轧机机座。
在轧制带材时应注意带材的不同性能,不同的性能通过产生不同厚度的带材或具有不同宽度的带材,或加工不同的材料质量反映出来,这些性能特别是在采用具有较小直径的工作辊时产生效果,因为工作辊会不同程度地弯曲。这种弯曲必须通过工作辊相应的预调加以抵消。在DE 33 27 433 C2中给工作辊配设带静压支承元件的支承装置,以便在朝向偏移方向得到支承,支承元件设有静压的、朝向待支承表面的压力腔并平行于各待支承工作辊纵轴设置,并做得可以控制。这里支承辊做成带一借助于支承元件绕一支架支承的辊套的弯曲调整辊。工作辊可用配设于它的支承装置在轧机机座内平行于轧材轨道水平移动。
同样按EP 0 233 597 B1支承在轴承座内的工作辊也可水平移动,其中在这种情况下移动通过导杆装置进行,此导杆装置通过做成偏心轮的回转支架引导,并在其运动方面是可调的。
脱离于此,由EP 0 159 796 A1已知,对工作辊顺或逆轧材运动方向的弯曲施加影响。
发明概述
本发明的目的是,使得可以用简单的装置使工作辊轴线从支承辊轴线平面在一个较大的范围内偏移,以便由此可以抵消不同的弯曲。
按本发明在权利要求1前序部分中所述类型的轧机机座中这个目的通过这样的方法实现,即弯曲部件与支承辊的轴承座连接,并且支承在轴承座中的工作辊可通过作用在弯曲部件上的调整装置与弯曲部件一起轴线平行地绕支承辊轴线回转。

下面用一实施例对本发明加以说明,其中在图中示意表示一可逆式轧机机座。
实施例说明
支承辊1支承在轴承座2内,并可通过液压油缸6绕其轴线回转。上下支承辊以已知方法通过油缸14和15进行调整。上支承辊用油缸9平衡。液压缸6以及9固定在液压缸块7内,以平衡上支承辊。支承辊轴承座2固定在滑块10和摩擦板11内。滑块在摩擦板12和13内垂直导向。
工作辊3本身支承在轴承座4内,其中轴承座与弯曲部件5连接,弯曲部件本身固定在支承辊轴承座2内,在支承辊轴承座2上铰接一调整装置8,这里在本实施例中调整装置用液压缸6操纵。借助于该液压缸6可以在弯曲部件5上施加一基本上水平的力,该力导致弯曲部件的回转,从而使与它连接的工作辊3的轴承座4回转。如图所见,调整装置从两侧作用在弯曲部件上,使弯曲部件可以沿两个方向轴线平行地绕支承辊轴线回转。用这种方法可以在反转时抵消工作辊不同的弯曲。

Claims (3)

1.用于轨道形轧材的轧机机座,特别是用于进行可逆式轧制,具有两个轧材在它们之间移动的工作辊和配设于每个工作辊的支承辊,其中不管是支承辊还是工作辊分别支承在轴承座内,并给支承辊配设弯曲部件,其特征为:所述弯曲部件(5)与支承辊轴承座(2)连接,且支承在轴承座(4)内的工作辊(3)可通过铰接在支承辊轴承座(2)上的调整装置(6)和弯曲部件(5)一起轴线平行地绕支承辊轴线回转。
2.按权利要求1的轧机机座,其特征为:调整装置(6)液压、气动、机械或电动驱动。
3.按上述权利要求之一项的轧机机座,其特征为:调整装置(6)配设路程测量传感器。
