Claims (10)
1. Сотовая структура, имеющая множество сплющенных ячеек сот, каждая из которых имеет шесть стенок ячейки, по существу, с одинаковой длиной стенки ячейки, причем каждая стенка ячейки содержит, по меньшей мере, два слоя листового материала, при этом листовой материал всех слоев двух противоположных стенок каждой ячейки расположен так, что они связаны друг с другом и со стенками других ячеек, и ни один из слоев остальных четырех стенок каждой ячейки не склеен с другими слоями или со стенками других ячеек.
2. Сотовая структура по п.1, в которой листовой материал является арамидной бумагой.
3. Сотовая структура по п.1, в которой каждая стенка ячейки имеет два слоя листового материала.
4. Способ изготовления сотовой структуры, имеющей множество ячеек сот, каждая из которых имеет шесть стенок ячейки, по существу, с одинаковой длиной стенки ячейки, причем каждая стенка ячейки содержит, по меньшей мере, два слоя листового материала, при котором (а) наносят линии связующего агента на один слой листового материала таким образом, что эти линии оказываются параллельными отрезку готовой структуры отрезка одной стенки ячейки, и отделены друг от друга отрезком готовой структуры отрезка одной стенки ячейки между линиями связующего агента, (б) помещают слой листового материала на листовом материале с этапа (а), (в) наносят линии связующего агента на слой с этапа (б) таким образом, что эти линии оказываются параллельными отрезку готовой структуры отрезка одной стенки ячейки, отделены друг от друга отрезком готовой структуры отрезков трех стенок ячейки между линиями связующего агента и расположены с обеспечением непосредственного совпадения с линиями связующего агента на листовом материале с этапа (а), (г) помещают слой листового материала на листовом материале с этапа (в), (д) наносят линии связующего агента на слой с этапа (г) таким образом, что эти линии получаются параллельными отрезку готовой структуры отрезка одной стенки ячейки, отделены друг от друга отрезком готовой структуры отрезка одной стенки ячейки между линиями связующего агента, и, по меньшей мере, некоторые из них расположены с обеспечением непосредственного совпадения с линиями связующего агента на листовом материале с этапа (в).
5. Способ по п.4, при котором в качестве листового материала используют арамидную бумагу.
6. Способ по п.4, при котором дополнительно (е) отверждают связующий агент для связывания слоев листового материала друг с другом, (ж) оттягивают связанные листы друг от друга в направлениях, перпендикулярных плоскости листов, в результате чего ячейки сот сотовой структуры расправляются таким образом, что каждая из шести стенок ячейки образует одну сторону шестиугольника.
7. Способ по п.4, при котором нанесение линий связующего агента на этапе (а) осуществляют путем нанесения линий связующего агента на обе стороны слоя с этапа (б), на одной стороне – как предписано на этапе (а), чтобы обеспечить контакт со слоем с этапа (а), а на другой стороне – чтобы обеспечить контакт со слоем, полученным на этапе (в).
8. Способ по п.7, при котором дополнительно (е) отверждают связующий агент для связывания слоев листового материала друг с другом, (ж) оттягивают связанные листы друг от друга в направлениях, перпендикулярных плоскости листов, в результате чего ячейки сот сотовой структуры расправляются таким образом, что каждая из шести стенок ячейки образует одну сторону шестиугольника.
9. Способ по п.4, при котором нанесение линий связующего агента на этапе (в) осуществляют путем нанесения линий связующего агента на обе стороны слоя с этапа (г), на одной стороне – как предписано на этапе (в), чтобы обеспечить контакт со слоем с этапа (б), а на другой стороне – как предписано на этапе (д).
