[0008] The object of the present invention is to obtain large areas of knitted articles without the use of knitting means, such as crochet needles, knitting needles, etc., and to provide a method for obtaining knitted articles using said ring thread.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] A looped thread and a knitting process, where said looped thread is used to achieve the object of the invention, is shown in the attached figures, and said figures illustrate the following;

PATENT REQUESTS 1. A method (100) for obtaining knitted surfaces without the use of knitting means, such as crochet needles, knitting needles and similar knitting means, using a thread (1) containing a plurality of rings (2) located on the thread at a distance from each other, characterized in that said method contains the following steps; - ensure that the thread (1) is aligned in two rows, - the rings (2) of the back row are passed through the rings of the front row, - the aforementioned two steps are repeated until a textile item of the desired size is obtained, - after the desired size is reached, the thread is closed; so that the size of the rings (2) on the thread (1) is in accordance with the size of the loop of the object being made. 2. The knitted surface that was directly obtained by the process according to patent claim 1.
