POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE FUNGICIDNO AKTIVNOG BAKAR
HIDROKSIDA
OBLAST TEHNIKE NA KOJU SE PRONALAZAK ODNOSI
Pronalazak pripada oblasti hernije, poljoprivrede, odnosno oblasti zaštite bilja u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu.
Prema međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenta (MKP) predmet pronalaska je razvrstan, odnosno klasiran i označen simbolima: A 01 N 59/20, C 01 G 3/02
TEHNIČKI PROBLEM
Tehnički problem koji se rešava predmetnim pronalaskom sastoji se
u tome kako proizvesti na efikasan način fungicidno aktivan bakar hidroksid i način da se nus proizvodi koji nastaju mogu da prevedu u proizvode, čime bi se dobio znatno bolji i kvalitetniji postupak i omogućilo smanjenje ispuštanja nus produkata u otpadne vode.
STANJE TEHNIKE
Za sada je poznato da se problem proizvodnje bakar hidroksida opšte formule Cu(OH)2-xH20, dobija jednim od sledećih postupaka:
1. tretiranjem rastvora soli bakra hidroksilnim jonima, taloženjem pomoću rastvora natrijum ili kalijum hidroksida, ili pomoću amonijaka:
2. Elektrolizom u alkalnim rastvorima.
Najvažniji od ovih postupaka jeste taloženje soli bakra bazama koje se nalaze u obliku rastvora u velikim razblaženjima, pri čemu se dobija bakarni hidroksid u obliku gela i razblaženi rastvori alkainih soli. Bakar hidroksid dobijen na ovaj način ima oblik gela koji uvek zadržava jone sredstava za taloženje i treba ga ispirati velikom količinom vode što dalje povećava količine rastvarane alkalne soli. Rastvori alkainih soli natrijum, kalijum, amonijum sulfata nisu pogodni za dalju preradu zbog male koncentracije i najčešće se javljaju kao otpadne vode iz ovih proizvodnji. Bakar hidroksid koji se dobija postupcima koji se danas primenjuju u početku je svetio plav, ali polako u vodi ili na vazduhu menja boju u crnu, čak i na običnim temperaturama.
Prelaz je utoliko brži ukoliko je temperatura viša. Ove promene potiču od pretvaranja bakar hidroksida u bakar oksid.
Takođe je poznato da se stabilni bakar hidroksid stvara ako se sveže staloženi bakar hidroksid dobro opere, a zatim tretira alkalijama.
Čist bakar hidroksid bez alkalija nije stabilan.
Bakar hidroksid dobijen postupcima koji su poznati od ranije usled svoje nestabilnosti na poznati način transformiše u crni bakarni oksid usled čega dolazi do potpunog gubitka fungicidnog dejstva. Bakar hidroksid dobijen i stabilisan dodatkom alkalija ima nedostatak da oštećuje biljke koje se njime prskaju. Ove mane i nestabilnost ograničavaju uspešnu primenu na polju fitopatologije. Sušenje bakar hidroksida u cilju dobijanja praškastih proizvoda vezano je za značajan utrošak energije, a prate ga poznate promene koje se događaju na povišenim temperaturama, odnosno pretvaranje u crni oksid.
IZLAGANJE SUŠTINE PRONALASKA
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za dobijanje fungicidno aktivnog bakar hidroksida.Postupak se sastoji u tome da se obavlja u dve faze: U prvoj fazi se taloži jedna bazna so koja se odvoji od alkalne soli, a u sledećoj fazi prevodi u hidroksid.
Postupak je da se pomešaju rastvori kupri soli i hidroksidi ili karbonati natrijuma, kalijuma ili amonijaka usled čega dolazi do taloženja stabilne bazne bakarne soli, u zavisnosti od polazne soli sulfata, hlorida, nitrata ili dr.
n = 2 + 3, tako da je molski odnos 4:3 do 4:2.
Reakcija se izvodi u količini vode koja omogućuje da se dobije koncentrovani rastvor alkalne soli koja se filtracijom ili taloženjem odvoji od bazne soli i koristi se za dobijanje kristalne alkalne soli natrijum sulfata, kalijum sulfata ili amonijum sulfata koji su komercijalni proizvodi. Nastala bazna so odvojena kao filtraciona pogača, ili kao talog sedimentacije se suspenduje u vodi uz dodatak nekog od viševalentnih alkohola kao što su: etilenglikol, propilenglikol, glicerin, ili si.
U tako dobijenu suspenziju dodaje se koncentrovani rastvor alkalije na primer kalijum hidroksid i bakar prevodi u bakarni hidroksid:
Hidroksid se dodaje u višku tako da je na kraju taloženja
pH = 11-12,7.
Suspenzija bakar hidroksida dobija intenzivno plavu boju i kada se proverom utvrdi da je pH suspenzije stabilan, odnosno da se ne menja vrši se neutralizacija viška alkalija. Višak alkalija se neutrališe: sirćetnom kiselinom, fosfornom kiselinom, lignosulfonskom kiselinom, salicilnom kiselinom, ili si. Da se postigne pH < 8.Dobijeni bakar hidroksid u suspenziji je stabilan, pokazuje dobre fungicidne osobine i ne pokazuje u primeni fitotoksične efekte.
KRATAK OPIS
U cilju lakšeg razumevanja pronalaska, kao i zbog prikazivanja kako se on može ostvariii u praksi, autor se poziva na: 1. Neutralizacija bakarne soli: CuS04, CuCC>2, Cu(NC>3)2 i dobijanje bazne soli: (3) 2. Prevođenje bazne soli u hidroksid bakra alkalijama kao što su: KOH, NaOH, ili njihovim mešavinama. (4) 3. Neutralizacija viška alkalija sa kiselinama kao što su: sirćetna kiselina (CH3—COOH), fosforna (H3P04), lignosulfonska, salicilna ili slično.
DETALJAN OPIS PRONALASKA
Pripremi se rastvor gram mola CuS04-5H20 u 500 ml vode. Ovome se doda u malim delovima 1/2 do 1/3 gram mola, odnosno 75 gr natrijum karbonata (Na2C03) za vreme taloženja koje usled ovoga nastaje. Potrebno je dobro mešanje da bi se izbeglo stvaranje grudvi i jako alkainih zona. Dobro umešana suspenzija nastale bazne soli pokazuje pH 7+8; talog se ocedi i dobijeni rastvor natrijum sulfata Na2S04nekom od poznatih metoda kristališe u kristalni proizvod. Talog se suspenduje dodatkom vode u koju se doda mešavina 10 gr propilenglikola i 2 gr glicerina tako da se dobije 200 ml suspenzije bazne soli.
U suspenziju bazne soli doda se 1/2 gram mola kalijum hidroksida KOH rastvorena u 50 ml vode i 2 gr glicerina uz dobro mešanje, pri čemu nastaje stabilan bakar hidroksid, a pH ovako nastale suspenzije je 11+12,7.
Neutralizacija viška alkalija vrši se dodatkom 1/20 gram mola fosforne kiseline u kapima uz intenzivno mešanje dok se proverom ne utvrdi da je pH < 8. Dobijena suspenzija bakar hidroksida se meša sa dodacima za bolje kvašenje - etoksilovani alkilfenilfosfat 5 gr; stabilnost suspenzije - kondenzovani alkilnaftalinsulfonat 5 gr, natriumlignosulfonat 5 gr i bentonitska glina 5 gr; korekciju viskoziteta - xantan guma 0,25 gr i antipenušavcem - silikonsko ulje 1 gr, melje, pri čemu veličina čestice mora biti da na situ od 44 p.m masa ostatka ne srne biti veća od 1% i na taj način dobije preparat koji sadrži:
Dobijeni preparat ima viskozitet > 100 mPa-s i stabilan je tokom skladištenja.
Preparat se koristi za suzbijanje prouzrokovača u:
1. zasadu jabuke i kruške, pegavosti lista i krastavosti plodovaVenturia inequalisiVenturia purina 2.zasadima breskve, kasije, višnje, trešnje i badema, šupljikavosti lišća,Stigmina carpophilia,sušenje grančica
Monilinia laxa
3. zasadima vinove loze, plamenjačePlasmopara viticola
4. zasadima hmelja,Pseudoperonospora hum uli
5. usevu krastavaca, plamenjačaPseudoperonospora cubensis.
Ako se želi može se dobiti praškasti proizvod sušenjem nekim od poznatih postupaka.

Claims (7)

1. Postupak za dobijanje fungicidnog bakar hidroksida,naznačen time,što se reakcija između rastvora jedne soli bakra i jedne alkalije natrijum hidroksida i/ili kalijum hidroksida, ili karbonata u molarnoj srazmeri 4:3 do 4:2, pri čemu se dobija talog stabilne bazne soli bakra pri pH 7+8 posle čega se talog izdvaja i neutrališe viškom alkalija kalijum hidroksida i/ili natrijum hidroksida pri čemu nastaje nerastvorni hidroksid bakra.
2. Postupak prema zahtevu jenaznačen timešto pH vrednost na kraju reakcije može biti 11+12,7.
3. Postupak prema zahtevima 1 i 2 jenaznačen timešto se alkalni rastvor dodaje u malim količinama uz intenzivno mešanje. u količini od 1/2 gram mola po gram molu bakar sulfata.
4. Postupak prema zahtevima od 1 do 3naznačen timešto se u suspenziju bazne soli dodaje etilenglikol i/ili propilenglikol i/ili glicerin u količini 50+60 gr/l.
5. Postupak prema ma kom od zahteva od 1 do 6,naznačen timešto se višak alkalija neutrališe sirćetnom i/lii fosfornom i/ili lignosulfonskom i/ili salicilnom kiselinom dok pH ne dostigne vrednost < 8.
6. Postupak prema ma kom od zahteva od 1 do 7 što se dobijena suspenzija melje, pri čemu veličina čestice mora biti da na situ od 44 (im masa ostatka ne srne biti veća od 1% i koristi kao sredstvo za zaštitu jabuke, kruške, breskve, kajsije, višnje, trešnje, badema, vinove loze, hmelja i krastavaca od bolesti.
7. Postupak prema ma kom od zahteva od 1 do 8 što se dobijena suspenzija suši i time dobija praškasti proizvod namenjen za korišćenje u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu. NAČIN INDUSTRIJSKEIDRUGE PRIMENE PRONALASKANačin primene pronalaska proističe na očigledan način iz prethodnog teksta, te ga nije potrebno posebno opisivati. Sve karakteriatike pronalaska pronalazač je proverio u opitnoj proizvodnji i praktičnoj proveri u zaštiti bilja. Svakako da se, zadržavajući isti princip pronalaska, detalji i oblici izvodjenja mogu menjati u širokim granicama u odnosu na opisane i prikazane, a da se ne odstupi od opsega prikazanog pronalaska.
