Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru polimerizarea continuă, în fază gazoasă, a olefinelor într-un reactor în pat fluidizat şi/sau agitat mecanic, care include un polimer solid, un catalizator şi un amestec gazos de reacţie cuprinzând olefina(ele) pentru polimerizare şi trecând prin reactor la o presiune mai mare decât presiunea atmosferică. Procedeul pentru polimerizarea continuă în fază gazoasă a olefinei(lor), conform invenţiei, constă în transferarea unei părţi din patul fluidizat şi/sau agitat mecanic, din reactor, într-un rezervor de captare, la o presiune egală cu presiunea absolută a patului fluidizat şi/sau agitat mecanic din reactor, izolarea apoi din reactor a părţii din pat prin intermediul unui ventil la presiunea Pîn rezervorul de captare, pentru o perioadă de 5...120 s, timp în care polimerizează cel puţin o parte a olefinei(lor) prezentă în partea de pat transferată şi scade presiunea absolută Pdin rezervorul de captare, evacuarea polimerului din rezervorul de captare, la sfârşitul izolării, când temperatura polimerului format în partea de pat transferată atinge o valoare mai mare decât temperatura patului Tîn reactor şi mai mică decât temperatura minimă de sinterizare Ta polimerului.
