Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for processing extruded pellets for freshwater fish, characterized by the fact that extruded dry pellets with a moisture content of 7% to 14% are subjected to thermal treatment in the smoking and cooking chamber by uniform heating until reaching a temperature of 110 ° C, after which the pellet passes to a vacuum mixer in which a liquid aromatic substance is added to it under pressure, with a composition from 20% water to 70% and a temperature of 30 ° C in the amount of 0.5 l / kg pellets and respectively from 70% glycol to 30%, after even distribution above. solution in the amount of 0.5 l per kilogram of extruded pellet, rapeseed oil is added successively under pressure in the amount of 50 g per kilogram of dry raw material and further mixed for about 2 hours to reach room temperature, then ingredients in the form of mixtures of lecithin, guar gum, xanthan up to 2% per kilogram of pellets, as well as wheat gluten in an amount of not more than 5% per kilogram of pellets, and skimmed soy flour in a total amount of 10 g / 1 kg of dry raw material and the whole is mixed until the soft coating of the raw material is obtained, which cooled to room temperature.
