The application also concerns a method of producing crispbread in which white mulberry leaf extract in concentrated form in an amount of 1 to 5% is added to cereal raw materials. The mixture is mixed and extruded and the product obtained is dried to a moisture content of 3% to 8%, and optionally flaked and toasted.
