Zgłoszenie dotyczy też sposobu wytwarzania pieczywa chrupkiego, w którym do surowców zbożowych dodaje się ekstrakt z liści morwy białej w formie skoncentrowanej w ilości od 1 do 5%. Mieszaninę taką miesza się i ekstraduje a otrzymany produkt suszy do wilgotności od 3% do 8% oraz ewentualnie płatkuje i toastuje.The subject of the application is crispbread, which contains standard cereal ingredients and spices along with the addition of an extract or crushed dried white mulberry leaves in an amount of 1% to 5% on the dry weight of the extract. The application also concerns a method of producing crispbread in which white mulberry leaf extract in concentrated form in an amount of 1 to 5% is added to cereal raw materials. The mixture is mixed and extruded and the product obtained is dried to a moisture content of 3% to 8%, and optionally flaked and toasted.
