Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona unos compuestos de formula (0) que pueden usarse como agonistas de los receptores del peptido 1 similar al glucagon (GLP-1R), o sales aceptables desde un punto de vista farmaceutico de estos. En la formula (0), R13 es -C(O)OH, entre otros; X es N o CRx, donde Rx es hidrogeno, OH o alquilo de C1- C6; Y es N o CRy, donde Ry es hidrogeno, OH o alquilo de C1- C6; n es 0 o 1; Q se selecciona del grupo que consiste en -C(R7)(R8)- donde R7 y R8 son independientemente H, halogeno, o alquilo de C1-C6, -O-, entre otros; R1 es -C1-C6 alquileno, entre otros; R2 y R3 tomados juntos con los atomos de carbono a los que se acoplan forman un anillo cicloalquilo de C3-C4 opcionalmente sustituido; o R2 y Rx, tomados juntos con los atomos de carbono a los que se acoplan forman un anillo de cicloalquilo de C3-C5 opcionalmente sustituido, y R3 es hidrogeno, oxo, o alquilo de C1-C6; m es 0, 1, 2 o 3; R4 es oxo o alquilo de C1-C6; el anillo A es arilo de C6-C14, entre otros; L es un enlace, -O-, C1-C6 alquileno, entre otros; el anillo B es cicloalquilo de C3-C10, arilo de C6-C14, entre otros. Tambien se proporcionan composiciones farmaceuticas que contienen dichos compuestos, o sales aceptables desde un punto de vista farmaceuticos de estos; y las composiciones al igual que los compuestos permiten tratar o prevenir una enfermedad o una afeccion mediada por GLP-1R.
