Abstract

Se proporciona compuestos heteroaromaticos de formula general (I'), o un solvato o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable de estos, ademas de composiciones que incluyen los compuestos, procesos para elaborar los compuestos y metodos para usar los compuestos. En particular, se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica que comprende un compuesto de formula (I) o un solvato o una sal farmaceuticamente aceptable de este (I') en donde: Y1 es CRa o N; Y2 es CRb o N; Y3 es CRc o N; siempre que solo 0 o 1 de Y1, Y2 e Y3 sea N y los otros sean CRa, CRb o CRc; Ra, Rb y Rc se seleccionan, cada uno independientemente, de H o halogeno; R1 es heterocicloalquilo de 4-6 miembros, ciano, haloalcoxi C1-6, entre otros; R2 y R3 se seleccionan independientemente de H, deuterio, alquil C1-6, entre otros; o R2 y R3 junto con el un atomo de C al que estan unidos, forman un cicloalquilo de 3-5 miembros monociclico saturado; R4 y R5 se seleccionan independientemente de H, deuterio, alquil C1-6, entre otros; o R4 y R5, junto con el un atomo de C al que estan unidos, forman un cicloalquilo de 3-5 miembros monociclico saturado; R6 es un alquil C1-6, haloalquil C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, entre otros; y n es 0, 1, 2 o 3.
