Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un producto alimenticio semi procesado P, en forma de polvo, que tiene un contenido de humedad igual o menor a 10% en peso, comprendiendo esencialmente: a) un alimento de origen vegetal (a) seleccionado a partir de frutas oleaginosas con un contenido de lipidos de al menos 30% en peso; y b) un agente espesante vegetal, al menos 95% en peso soluble en agua; encontrandose tales componentes (a) y (b) en una proporcion (en peso) que varia desde 1:1 hasta 1:7. Este producto es semiterminado, el cual puede utilizarse como una preparacion base para la preparacion artesanal o industrial de productos terminados; asimismo, puede utilizarse como un compuesto base, sustituto de leche, para preparar productos terminados, tanto dulces como salados.
