Abstract
La invencion proporciona un producto graso solido vegetal cuyo ingrediente fundamental es aceite de oliva, preferentemente aceite de oliva virgen extra (AOVE), siendo el resto de los ingredientes manteca de cacao desodorizada, lecitina de girasol liquida, celulosa microcristalina liquida y, en su caso, estabilizante de mono y digliceridos de acidos grasos de origen vegetal. Igualmente se refiere al uso del producto en la cocina y en la fabricacion de productos de pasteleria y reposteria como sustituto de la mantequilla y la margarina.
