Abstract

Se describe una composicion farmaceutica de difenidol de liberacion prolongada que comprende: a) de 15 a 50% de clorhidrato de difenidol; b) de 0.1 a 20% de uno o mas agentes aglutinantes; c) de 5 a 90% de uno o mas agentes diluentes; d) de 5 a 50% de uno o mas agentes modificadores de la liberacion; e) de 0.25 a 10% de uno o mas agentes lubricantes; y f) 0.1 a 10% de agentes deslizantes De manera preferida, esta composicion farmaceutica se administra por via oral y se encuentra en forma de tableta
