Abstract
SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE COMPUESTOS DE QUINOLINA 4-HALOGENADA DE FORMULA (I) QUE COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON EL REACTIVO POX3 EN PRESENCIA DE UN GEL DE SILICE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 80 ºC A 85 ºC, DONDE X ES HALO; PG ES UN GRUPO PROTECTOR TAL COMO CH3OC(O), TRIFLUOROACETAMIDA, BENZAMIDA, ENTRE OTROS; A ES O, S O NR, DONDE R ES H, ALQUILO(C1-C6), ALQUENILO(C2-C6) O ALQUINILO(C2-C6); G, R1 Y R4 SON CADA UNO H, HALOGENO, ALQUILO(C1-C6), ALQUENILO(C2-C6), ALQUINILO(C2-C6), ENTRE OTROS; B) FILTRAR LA MEZCLA DE REACCION A TRAVES DE CELITE; C) TEMPLAR EL LIQUIDO FILTRADO CON UNA SOLUCION BASICA TAL COMO K2CO3; Y D) FILTRAR LA MEZCLA TEMPLADA PARA AISLAR EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I).
