SE REFIERE A COMPUESTOS DERIVADOS DE 7H-PIRROLO[2,3-d]-PIRIMIDINA DE FORMULA (I), DONDE R1 ES UN RADICAL HETEROCICLICO O AROMAICO OPCIONALMENTE SUSTITUIDO; G ES ALQUILENO(C1-C7), -C(=O)-, O ALQUILENO(C1-C7)-C(=O)-, EN DONDE EL GRUPO CARBONILO ESTA UNIDA A PIPERAZINA; Q ES -NH- U -O-, CON LA CONDICION DE QUE Q ES -O-, SI G ES -C(=O)-, O ALQUILENO(C1-C6)-C(=O)-; X NO ESTA PRESENTE, O ES ALQUILENO(C1-C7), CON LA CONDICION DE QUE EL HETEROCICLICO R1 ESTA ENLAZADO SI X NO ESTA PRESENTE. UN COMPUESTO PREFERIDO ES ((R)-1-FENIL-ETIL)-[6-(4-PIPERAZIN-1-IL-METIL-FENIL)-7H-PIRROLO-[2,3-d]-PIRIMIDIN-4-IL]-AMINA. TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION FARMACEUTICA Y A UN PROCESO DE ELABORACION.
