LA ALINEACION DEL POLIPEPTIDO PRESENTA AL MENOS DE UN 91-99% DE HOMOLOGIA Y AL MENOS ESTA MODIFICADO EN UNA DE LAS SIGUIENTES POSICIONES: 3, 78, 163, 180, 182,194, 211, 215, 242, 254, 269, 414, 428, 440.
