Claims (7)
- 안티-로크 브레이크 시스템내의 브레이크유 유동 제어용 제어 밸브에 있어서, 제1브레이크유 통로와 제2브레이크유 통로를 가지고 있는 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 형성되고 상기 제1 및 제2브레이크유 통로에 연이어 통해 있는 원통형 공동과, 상기 공동내에 배치되어 있고 외측의 원주 방향 홈을 가지고 있음과 함께 상기 제1 및 제2통로에 연이어 통하는 축방향 연장하는 중앙 통로를 가지고 있으며 상기 중앙 통로의 한 단부에 볼 시이트가 구비된 플로팅 피스톤과, 상기 공동내에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되어 있고 강자성 재료로 형성되어 있으며 솔레노이드 코일의 작동시 축방향으로 변위가능한 아마츄어, 및 상기 플로팅 피스톤의 홈에 의해 지지되고 상기 공동의 환형벽을 맞물고 있는 환형 밀봉링을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 아마츄어는 밀봉볼을 지지하는 단부를 가지고 있고, 상기 아마츄어와 밀봉볼은 상기 볼 시이트와 협동하여 솔레노이드 밸브를 형성하며, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 폐쇄될 때 상기 플로팅 피스톤의 중앙 통로를 통한 상기 제1통로와 제2통로 사이의 유체 유동을 저지하도록 작동가능하며, 상기 환형 밀봉링은 상기 솔레노이 밸브의 폐쇄시 상기 제1통로내 브레이크 유압이 상기 제2통로내 브레이크 유압보다 클 때는 밀봉링을 지나 상기 제1통로로 부터 상기 제2통로로 브레이크유가 흐르는 것을 방지하고 또한 상기 제1통로내의 브레이크 유압이 상기 제2통로내의 브레이크 유압보다 낮을 때는 밀봉링을 지나 상기 제2통로로부터 상기 제1통로로브레이크유가 흐르도록 작동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 공동은 상기 플로팅 피스톤을 밀봉링과 함께 수용하기 위해 그 한단부가 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아마츄어 상기 플로팅 피스톤에 바깥쪽으로 상기 플로팅 피스톤과 동축적 관계로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1통로는 마스터 실린더에 연결되어 있고, 브레이크유는 상기 솔레노이드 밸브가 폐쇄되어 있고 상기 제2통로내의 브레이크 유압이 상기 제1통로내의 브레이크 유압보다 클 때 상기 밀봉링을 지나 상기 마스터 실린더로 복귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1통로는 가압된 브레이크유를 선택된 휠 브레이크에 제공하는 유출구(58)에 연결되어 있고 상기 제2통로는 브레이크유 축압기에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 정상 상태시 폐쇄되는 덤프 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉링은 상기 솔레노이드 밸브가 폐쇄되어 있고 상기 유출구에서의 브레이크 유압이 상기 브레이크유 축압기내 상기 소정의 브레이크 유압보다 높으면 상기 유출구로부터 상기 브레이크유 축압기로 브레이크유가 흐르는 것을 방지하고 또한 상기 밀봉링은 상기 솔레노이드 밸브가 폐쇄되어 있고 상기 축압기내 브레이크 유압이 상기 유출구에서의 브레이크 유압보다 높으면 상기 축압기로부터 상기 유출구로 브레이크유가 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 밸브.
