Claims (7)
- 하기의 일반식으로 나타낸 반응성 염료 5 내지 50중량%, ε-카프로락탐 0.1 내지 10중량% 및 나머지의 물을 포함하고, 3 내지 7의 pH값을 갖는 수성액체 염료 조성물.상기식에서 D는 설포기-함유 유기 염료 잔기이고, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소원자 ; 또는 비치환되거나 할로겐원자 또는 하이드록실, 시아노, C1내지 C4알콕시, 카복시, 카바모일, C1내지 C4알콕시카보닐, C1내지 C4알킬카보닐옥시, 설포 또는 설파모일기로 치환된 C1내지 C4알킬기이며, A는 비치환되거나 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 염소, 브롬 및 설포로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 두개로 치환된 페닐렌기, 또는 비치환되거나 하나의 설포기로 치환된 나프틸렌기이고, X는 할로겐원자이며, Y는 -SO2CH=CH2또는 -SO2CH2CH2Z기이며, Z는 알칼리의 작용에 의해 분리가능한 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 염료가 각각 유리산 형태의 하기 일반식으로 나타낸 반응성 염료로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 염료인 수성 액체 염료 조성물.상기식에서, R3는 수소 또는 C1내지 C4알킬이고, R4는 C1내지 C4알킬이며, R5는 수소, 시아노, -CONH2또는 설포-C1내지 C4알킬이고, R6는 수소 또는 설포이며, R7는 수소, 설포 또는 C1내지 C4알킬이고, R8는 메틸, 카복시 또는 메톡시카보닐이며, R9는 하이드록시 또는 아미노이고, R10는 메톡시, 에톡시 또는 설포이며, R11는 메틸, 아미노 또는 페닐이고, R12는 C1내지 C4알킬이며, R13는 C1내지 C4알킬 또는 C1내지 C4알콕시이고, R14는 수소, 니트로, 설포, 클로로, 카복시 또는 C1내지 C4알킬이며, R15, R16및 R17은 독립적으로 수소, 클로로, 메틸, 메톡시, 설포 또는 카복시이고, R18은 수소 또는 메틸이며, R19및 R20은 독립적으로 수소, C1내지 C4알킬 또는 C1내지 C4알콕시이며, R21은 수소 또는 설포이고, R22는 수소, C1내지 C4알킬, C1내지 C4알콕시, 설포 또는 아세틸아미노이며, R23, R24및 R25는 독립적으로 C1내지 C4알킬이고, A1및 A6는 독립적으로 비치환되거나 또는 치환된 페닐렌 또는 나프틸렌이며, A2는 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 페녹시, 아세틸 아미노, 프로피오닐아미노, HOOCCH2CH2-CONH- 또는 HOOCCH=CHCONH-로 치환된 설포페닐, 또는 두개 또는 세개의 설포로 치환된 나프틸렌이고, A3는 나프탈렌설폰산의 잔기이며, A4및 A5는 독립적으로 비치환되거나 또는 치환된 페닐렌이며, W는 아미노알킬 잔기이고, m1은 1 또는 2이며, m2는 0, 1 또는 2이고, m3는 1 또는 2이며, 단, m1+m2+m3 4이며, n1은 2 또는 3이고, n2는 0 또는 1이며, n3는 1 또는 2이고, n4는 1, 2 또는 3이며, Q는 -SO2CH2CH2Z이고, Z는 제1항에서 정의된 바와같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 나트륨 또는 칼륨 아세테이트, 나트륨 또는 칼륨 옥살레이트, 붕산나트륨 및 나트륨 또는 칼륨 포스페이트로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 완충액을 포함하는 수성 액체 염료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 계면활성제, 염색 조제, 하이드로트로프제 소포제, 부동제 및 방부제로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 수성 액체 염료 조성물.
- 하기 일반식으로 나타낸 소정량의 반응성 염료를 물에 용해시키고, 소정량의 ε-카프로락탐을 염료용액에 용해시키고, 생성된 용액의 pH를 3 내지 7의 범위로 조절하고, 상기 용액에 물을 첨가하여 염료 함량 및 ε-카프로락탐 함량을 수성 액체 염료 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 각각 5 내지 50중량% 및 0.1 내지 10중량%로 만드는 것을 포함하는 수성 액체 염료 조성물의 제조방법.상기식에서, D는 설포기-함유 유기염료 잔기이고, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소원자 ; 또는 비치환되거나 할로겐원자 또는 하이드록실, 시아노, C1내지 C4알콕시, 카복시, 카바모일, C1내지 C4알콕시카보닐, C1내지 C4알킬카보닐옥시, 설포 또는 설파모일기로 치환된 C1내지 C4알킬기이며, A는 비치환되거나 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 염소, 브롬 및 설포로부터 선택된 하나 또는 두개로 치환된 페닐렌기, 또는 비치환되거나 하나의 설포기로 치환된 나프틸렌기이고, X는 할로겐원자이며 Y는 -SO2CH=CH2또는 -SO2CH2CH2Z기이고, Z는 알카리의 작용에 의해 분리가능한 기이다.
- 하기 일반식의 반응성 염료 5 내지 50중량%, ε-카프로락탐 0.1 내지 10중량% 및 나머지의 물을 함유하는 pH 3 내지 7의 수성 액체 염료 조성물을 제조하고 이를 밀폐 용기내에 저장함을 포함하는 수성 액체 염료 조성물의 저장 방법.상기식에서, D는 설포닐-함유 유기염료 잔기이고, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소 ; 또는 비치환되거나 할로겐원자 또는 하이드록실, 시아노, C1내지 C4알콕시, 카복시, 카바모일, C1내지 C4알콕시카보닐, C1내지 C4알킬카보닐옥시, 설포 또는 설파모일기로 치환된 C1내지 C4알킬기이며, A는 비치환되거나 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 염소, 브롬 및 설포로부터 선택된 하나 또는 두개로 치환된 페닐렌기 또는 비치환되거나 하나의 설포기로 치환된 나프틸렌기이고, X는 할로겐원자이며, Y는 -SO2CH=CH2또는 -SO2CH2CH2Z기이고, Z는 알칼리의 작용에 의해 분리가능한 기이다.
- 하기 일반식의 반응성 염료 5 내지 50중량%, ε-카프로락탐 0.1 내지 10중량% 및 나머지로 물을 함유하는 pH 3 내지 7의 수성 액체 염료 조성물을 사용함을 포함하는 섬유 물질의 염색 방법.상기식에서, D는 설포기-함유 유기염료 잔기이고, R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소원자 : 또는 비치환되거나 할로겐원자 또는 하이드록실, 시아노, C1내지 C4알콕시, 카복시, 카바모일, C1내지 C4알콕시카보닐, C1내지 C4알킬카보닐옥시, 설포 또는 설파모일기로 치환된 C1내지 C4알킬기이며, A는 비치환되거나 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 염소, 브롬 및 설포로부터 선택된 하나 또는 두개로 치환된 페닐렌기, 또는 비치환되거나 하나의 설포기로 치환된 나프틸렌기이고, X는 할로겐원자이며, Y는 -SO2CH=CH2또는 -SO2CH2CH2Z 기이고, Z는 알칼리의 작용으로 인해 분리가능한 기이다.
