Claims (8)
- 주름팩으로 형성되고 부직포로 이루어진 필터카아트리지에 있어서, 필터카아트리지가 자체지지되고 부직포(1)는 열간 성형이 가능하며 그리고 주름팩(2)의 평행한 두 주름 외부가장자리(4)의 각각은 주름(4)을 형성하는 부직포(1)를 통하여 가장자리 장식을 하는데, 상기 부직포는 각각의 주름 외부가장자리(4)에서 동일한 방향으로 접히며 그리고 여기에서 인접된 주름끝단부에 상응하는 접힘가장자리를 가지고 결합시키며, 상기의 주름끝단부에 밀접하게 놓여지고 주름 외부가장자리는 주름간격의 1.5 내지 2.5배정도 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터카아트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주름팩(2)의 양 전면은 각각 하나의 단접된 열가소성 플라스틱-박판(5)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터카아트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주름팩(2)의 양 전면에 플라스틱-경화물질(6)로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 주름주머니를 충전시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 필터카아트리지.
- 우선 편평한 필터매체를 꺾어 접으며, 그런 후에 주름을 만들기 위해 횡으로 제한된 펼침을 통하여 정해진 주름간격을 만들어 내고, 그것이 있는 형태에서 주름팩을 그대로 결합시키고, 그리고 난 후에 절단하는 방법으로서, 주름팩으로 형성되고 부직포로 이루어진 필터카아트리지의 제조방법에 있어서, 주름팩에 대한 재료로서 열간성형이 가능한 유리섬유부직포가 선택되며 ; 정해진 주름간격(7)을 만든 단계후에 주름팩의 양 외부가장자리(8)는 주름구조 및 주름크기에 상응하는 톱니형으로 주름에 집게형으로 맞물려지는 상부 및 하부의 프로필(9)에 끼워맞춤결함으로 끼워지며, 상기 프로필의 간격은 서로 같거나 또는 유리섬유부직포(1)의 두께보다도 약간 작게 정해지고, 모든 측벽에서 부직포는 톱니형 프로필(9)을 통과하여 주름간격(7)의 1.5 내지 2.5배 정도 돌출되어지며 ; 이것은, 돌출된 재료(10) 즉 주름 외부 가장자리가 인접된 주름 끝단부에 연접될 때까지 돌출된 재료(10)는 양측에서 우선 측면의 그 위에 작용하는 압착요소(11)에 의하여 접혀지므로, 따라서 주름 외부가장자리(8,10)는 겹쳐지고, 여기서 동시에 압착요소(11)를 거쳐서 공급된 에너지에 의하여 겹쳐진 부위는 열간성형되고 ; 그 다음의 압착요소(12)로 인하여 단접부위는 그것이 냉각될 때까지 잇달아 압착되면서 결합되며 그리고 마침내 톱니형 프로필(9)은 제거되면서 주름팩을 길이로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터카아트리지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 양 측면에 있는 첫번째 쌍인 압착요소(11)를 결합력에 있는 부직포(1)의 성분을 용해범위 이상의 온도로 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 첫번째의 양 측면에 있는 압착요소(11)로서 울트라샬-소노트로덴(Ultraschall-Sonotroden)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 마지막 또는 부가적인 단계로서 주름팩(2)의 양 전면에 열가소성 물질이 플라스틱-박막(5)을 단접시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미래의 절단부위에 즉 길이에 대한 절단전에 상온에서 경화된 플라스틱물질(6)로 이루어진 주름주머니를 적어도 하나를 주조하고 그리고 경화된 플라스틱 물질을 길이로 절단하기 위해 주름에서 중앙으로 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
