Description
Claims (17)
- 질소함유 증류분 및/또는 아스팔트 제거 오일을 촉매 수소처리한 수 필요시 탈랍 처리를 함으로써 질소함유 증류분 및/또는 아스팔트 제거 오일로부터 윤활기제유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 숫자상으로 표현되는 식 :(f)(PH2)(SV)-1(상기식에서 f는 최종 기제유의 점도와 관련된 상수이고, PH2는 촉매 수소처리에 사용되는 수소 분압(bar로 표시)이며, SV는 촉매 수소처리가 수행될때, 시간 부피당 공간 속도로서 t/㎥.h로 표시된다.값을 초과하는 질소함량을 갖는 증류분 및/또는 아스팔트 제거 오일을 상기 촉매 수소처리전에 용매 추출시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소 처리되는 정제유내에 존재하는 질소의 양이 상기식 (f)(PH2)(SV)-1값의 0.3-0.95배가 되도록 용매추출을 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수소처리되는 정제유내에 존재하는 질소의 양이 상기식 (f)(PH2)(SV)-1값의 0.4-0.9배가 되도록 용매추출을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 용매추출 단계가 50-135℃의 온도와 용매/오일 비율 0.4-4 범위에서 푸르푸랄을 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 수소처리 단계가 290-425℃의 온도, 80-200바아의 수소압, 0.5-1.5t/㎥.h의 공간 속도 및 300-5,000표준리터/(오일) 범위의 수소/오일의 비율에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수소처리가 325-380℃의 온도, 100-150바아의 수소압, 0.5-1.2t/㎥.h의 공간 속도 및 500-2,000 표준리터/kg (오일) 범위의 수소/오일의 비율에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소처리가, 주기율표 VIB족과 VIII족의 하나 또는 그 이상의 금속 또는 이들의 황화물이나 산화물로 구성되며, 주기율표 II족, III족 및 IV족이 하나 또는 그 이상의 원소 산화물로 구성되는 담체로 지지될 수 있고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 촉진제를 함유하기도 하는 촉매를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수소처리에 사용되는 촉매가 담체 100중량부당 VIB족 금속 최소한 10중량부 및/또는 VIII족 금속 최소한 3중량부를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수소처리에 사용된 촉매가 크세로겔 루우트(xerogel route)에 의해 제조되고, 담체 100중량부당 니켈 3-12중량부와 텅스텐 20-75중량부를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수소처리에 사용된 촉매가 히드로겔 루우트(hydrogel route)에 의해 제조되고, 담체 100중량부당 니켈 25-50중량부와 텅스텐 50-80중량부를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소처리에 사용된 촉매가 불소를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항과 제7항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 얻어진 수소처리 생성물을 용매 탈랍하거나 촉매 탈랍하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 얻어진 수소처리 생성물을 용매와 침전제로서 각각 톨루엔과 메틸 에틸 케톤을 사용하여 용매 탈랍하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 얻어진 수소처리 생성물을 촉매로서 결정성 알루미늄 실리케이트를 사용하여 촉매 탈랍 처리하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 탈랍처리에서 함께 생성된 슬랙 왁스(slack wax)중 적어도 일 부분을 수소처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 따라 제조된 윤활기제유.
- 제16항에 따른 기제유를 최소한 함유하는 윤활유.
