Claims (10)

  1. (A)임의로 수용성 또는 수불용성 고형분 총량의 일부(50중량%미만)을 용해된 또는 분산된 형태로 함유할 수 있는 비이온성 계면활성제를 물과 혼합하여 점성 겔상을 형성한후, (B)남은 대부분의 양의 수용성 또는 수불용성 고형분을 분말형으로 가하고, 생성되는 혼합물을 기계적으로 처리하여, 무수물로 표시되는 총 고형분 존재량에 대한 겔 상에서의 비이온성 계면활성제 및 물의 중량비가 25:75~65:35인 과립을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 폴리글리콜 에테르 유도체계 유래의 비이온성 계면활성제, 미분쇄된 수용성 및/또는 수불용성 고형분 및 물을 함유하는 고 외견상 밀도를 갖는 자유-유동성 과립의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 총 고형분 존재량에 대한 겔 상(A)에서의 비이온성 계면활성제 및 물의 비가 30 : 70∼60 : 40인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 총 고형분 존재량의 0∼40중량%, 바람직하게는 0∼30중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 5∼25중량%가 젤상(A)의 형성시 사용되고, 남은 대부분의 양이 건조분말로 과립상(B)에서 첨가되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 100㎛미만, 바람직하게는 50㎛미만인 그레인 크기를 갖는 수불용성 고형분이 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 미세 결정성 제올라이트, 벤토나이트 또는 그의 혼합물이 수불용성 고형분으로 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형성되는 과립의 외견상 밀도가 최대치에 이를때까지만 겔상을 분말형 고형분과 혼합하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가, 무수불을 기준으로 제올라이트 35∼55중량%, 분산안정화제로 작용하는 비이온성 계면활성제 0.5∼5중량%및 물 64.5∼40중량%를 함유하는 미세결정성 제올라이트의 수성 분산액과 혼합되어 겔이 형성되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 과립.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 외견상 밀도가 600∼1,000 g/l, 바람직하게는 650∼900 g/l인 과립.
  10. 제8항 내지 9항에 기재된 과립을 함유하는 과립상 세제 및 청정제제.
