우레트디온 및 이소시아누레이트 그룹-함유 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법, 이방법으로 수득된 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이의 이-성분 폴리우레탄 피복물에서의 용도

Claims (18)

  1. 유기 포스핀 촉매 존재하에(사이클로)지방족-결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹-함유 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트 그룹 분획을 소중합시키고, b) 출바 디이소시아네이트중에 존재하는 이소시아네이트 그룹 약0.1 내지 10%를 단계 a) 의 소중합 반응전 및/ 또는 동안에 하나이상의 알콜과 반응시켜 우레탄 그룹을 형성시키고, c) 촉매독을 가함으로써 목적하는 소중합 반응도에서 소중합 반응을 종결시키고, d)과량의 미반응 출발 디이소시아네이트 분획 하나이상을 증류시켜 제거하고, e) 상기 증류잔여물 중량을 기준으로, 과산화물약 100내지 10,000ppm존재하에 단계 d)에서 수득한 증류잔여물을 50℃이상온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하여, 우레트디온 및 이소시아누레이트 그룹을 함유하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 디오소시아네이트가 1, 6-디이소시아네이토헥산을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 분자량 32내지 200의 일가 알콜 또는 다가 알콜을 하나이상 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 알콜이 분자량 32내지 200의 일가 알콜 또는 다가알콜을 하나이상 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 방법.
  9. a)유기 포스핀 촉매 존재하에 (사이클로)지방족-결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹-함유 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트 그룹분획을 소중합시키고,b) 출발 디이소시아네이트중에 존재하는 이소시아네이트 그룹 약 0.1 내지 10%를 단계 a)의 소중합 반응전 및/ 또는 동안에 하나이상의 알콜과 반응시켜 우레탄 그룹을 형성시키고, c)촉매독을 가함으로써 목적하는 소중합 반응도에서 소중합반응을 종결시키고, d)과량의 미반응 출발 디이소시아네이트 분획 하나이상을 증류시켜 제거하고, e) 상기 증류잔여물 중량을 기준으로, 과산화 물 약 100내지 10,000ppm존재하에 단계 d)에서 수득한 증류 잔여물을 50℃이상 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 제조된, 우레트디온 밋 이소시아누레이트 그룹을 함유하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트가 1, 6-디이소시아네이토 헥산을 포함하는 개질된 포리이소시아네이트.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 알콜이 분자량 32내지 200의 일가 알콜 또는 다가 알콜을 하나이상 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 알콜이 분자량 32내지 200의 일가 알콜 또는 다가 알콜을 하나이상 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 과산화물이 부타논 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  17. 제9항의 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 유기폴리하이드록실 화합물을 함유하는 이(two)-성분 폴리우레탄 피복 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트 그룹 분획 하나이상이 가역전인, 단일 작용성 차단제로 차단된 피복 조성물.
