Claims (17)

  1. (a) PO4 -3를 약 1.1 × 10-5내지 약 5.3 × 10-3몰/ℓ, (b) Zr, Ti, Hf 및 Si로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 원소의 플루오르산을 약 1.1 × 10-5내지 약 1.3× 10-3몰/ℓ, (c) 폴리페놀 조성물을 약0.26내지 약 200g/ℓ, 및 (d) 물을 함유하며, pH가 약2.5내지 약5.0이고, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 2.5:1 내지 약 1:10 인. 알루미늄 기판을 위한 무-크롬 수성 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, PO4 -3를 약 3 × 10-5약 1.1 × 10-3약 1.1 × 10-3몰/ℓ; 폴리페놀 조성물을 약 3× 10-4내지 약 7.2× 10-4몰/ℓ; 플루오르산을 약 0.45 내지 약 2.7g/ℓ 함유하고, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 약 1:2.5이며, pH가 약 3.0 내지 약 4.0인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 1/5:1 내지 약 2.2:1이고, pH가 약 3.25 내지 약 4.0인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, NO3 -1를 약 0.035몰/ℓ이하 함유한 조성물.
  5. 제1항의 조성물을 물 또는 산으로 희석시켜 생성된 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1항의 조성물을 질산으로 희석시켜 생성된 조성물.
  7. PO4 -3을 약 5.5 × 10-4내지 약 0.275몰/ℓ; Zr, Ti, HF 및 Si로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 원소의 플루오르산을 약 5.5 × 10-4내지 약 6.5 × 10-2몰/ℓ, 폴리페놀 조성물을 약 13 내지 약 100g/ℓ 함유하고, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 2.5:1 내지 약 1:10인 농축물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 약 1:2.5인 농축물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오르산이 플루오르지르콘산인 조성물.
  10. PO4 -3를 약 1.1 × 10-5내지 약 5.3 × 10-3몰/ℓ, Zr, Ti, Hf 및 Si로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 원소의 플루오르산을 약 1.1 × 10-5내지 약 1.3× 10-3몰/ℓ, 폴리페놀 조성물을 약 0.26내지 약 20g/ℓ; 및 물을 함유하며, pH가 약2.5내지 약5.0이고, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 2.5:1 내지 약 1:10 인 피복 조성물과 깨끗한 알루미늄 기판을 약 주위온도 내지 200℉의 온도 범위내에서 접촉시켜 유기 최종 피복제의 접착성 피막을 충분히 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 최종 피막을 받아들이기 위한 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 피복 조성물이 NO3 -을 함유하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 조성물이 PO4 -3을 약 3.0 × 10-4내지 약 1.1 × 10-3몰/ℓ, 플루오르산을 약 3.0 × 10-4내지 약 7.2 × 10-4몰/ℓ 폴리페놀 조성물을 약 0.40 내지 약 27g/ℓ 함유하며, PO4 -3에 대한 플루오르산의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 약 1:2.5이고 pH가 약 3 내지 약 4인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 조성물이 NO3 -을 함유하며, 플루오르산이 플루오르지르콘산인 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 알루미늄 기판을 조성물과 접촉시킨후 세척하고, 건조시킨후 유기 최종 피막을 형성시키는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 낮은 부식 알카리 세척 조성물과 접촉시켜 세척하는 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 낮은 부식 산 세척 조성물과 접촉시켜 세척하는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 알루미늄 기판을 약 주위온도 내지 약 150℉의 온도범위 내에서 건조시키는 방법.
