Claims (11)

  1. 분압을 기준으로 했을 때 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성됨으로써 생선 또는 해산물의 표면과 내부에서 효소반응을 둔화시키는, 생선 및 해산물 저장용 가스 혼합물.
  2. 분압을 기준으로 했을 때 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성됨으로써 생선 또는 해산물의 미생물 성장을 둔화시키는, 생선 및 해산물 저장용 가스 혼합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 10%내지 20%의 산소 및 30%내지 40%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 50%의 Co2,20%의 O2및 30%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물.
  5. 생선 및 해산물을 가스 비침투성 용기에 넣고, 상기 용기를 진공으로하여 상기 용기에 분압으로 기준으로 했을 때 50%내지 68%의 이산화탄소, 5%내지 20%의 산소 및 27%내지 45%의 아르곤으로 구성되는 가스 혼합물을 도입하고, 상기 용기 내부에서 예정 준위의 압력에 도달할때까지 가스 혼합물의 주입을 계속하고, 상기 용기를 둘러싸고 있는 외부대기로부터 어떠한 오염도 피할 수 있도록 상기 용기를 밀폐하는 단계를 포함하는 생선 및 해산물의 저장방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 예정 준위의 압력은 약 대기압인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산물이 가스 플래싱/팩키징 방법에 따라 포장되는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산물이 비가공, 가공, 훈제, 신선한 상태의 혹은 염장 상태의 산물 가운데 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 개별의 서어빙 접시인 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 벌크용기인 방법.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 저장 온도가 약5℃내지 1℃인 방법.
