Description
Claims (11)
- 길이가 긴 해상구조물을 예인해서 진수하기 위한 진수선에 있어서, 비교적 평평한 갑판(13, 17)을 갖춘 주부선(11, 102)과 보조부선(12, 104)에 고정설치된 제1 및 제2브라켓트(31, 32)와, 이들 제1브라켓트(31, 122)와 제2브라켓트(32, 124)를 연결시키는 힌지장치(30, 106), 상기 보조부선(102)에 치된 제2브라켓트(32, 124)의 반대편에서 이 보조부선(102)에 축선회할 수 있도록 고정되면서 부선의 길이방향을 따라 진수로(108)와 일렬을 이루도록 설치된 틸팅수단 및, 구조물을 보조부선쪽으로 끌어당겨 상기 보조부선이 주부선(11, 102)에 대해 축선회하도록 하는 한편, 상기 구조물이 보조부선(12, 104)에 대해 축선회하면서 기울어지도록 하는 잭킹수단(116)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 해상구조물의 예인 진수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진수로(108)가 매끄러운 윗면(138)을 갖춘 적어도 2개 이상의 안내부(110)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내부(110)가 상호 평행되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내부(110)가 주부선(11, 102)과 보조부선(12, 104)의 갑판일부분을 가로질러 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅수단이 안내부와 길이방향으로 일렬로 이루고 있는 적어도 2개 이상의 록커아암(15, 16, 112)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 록커아암(15, 16, 112)이 보조부선에 대해 적어도 60°이상의 각도로 축선회하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 안내부(110)와 록커아암(15, 16, 112)의 일부분이 주부선(11, 102)과 보조부선(12, 104)갑판위에서 약간 윗쪽으로 돌출하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잭킹수단(116)이 주부선(11, 102)을 따라 구조물을 끌어당기기 위해 상기 주부선(11, 102)에 고정설치된 적어도 1개 이상의 레일(114)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잭킹수단(116)이 보조부선(12, 104)을 따라 구조물을 끌어당기기 위해 상기 보조부선(12, 104)에 고정설치된 적어도 1개 이상의 레일(114)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지장치(106)가 보조부선을 주부선에 축선회하도록 연결시키는 여러개의 힌지(120)와 핀(126)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진수장치.
- 주부선(102)과 보조부선(104)이 결합된 진수선의 길이방향을 따른 선단부근에 축선회할 수 있도록 고정된 적어도 1개 이상의 틸팅수단을 갖춘 진수선(100)에다 구조물을 선적하는 단계와, 이 진수선(100)의 축선회부재로부터 길이방향으로 연장설치되면서 보조부선에 고정설치된 진수로(108)위에 구조물을 고정되도록 지지하는 단계, 예정지역으로 구조물을 실은 진수선(100)을 이동시키는 단계 및, 진수로(108)위에서 보조부선쪽으로 구조물을 끌어당겨 상기 틸팅수단으로 구조물을 이동시키는 단계로 이루어진 길이가 긴 해상구조물의 예인·진수방법.
