Claims (6)
- 구리 또는 구리화합물을 함유하는 촉매와 실리콘으로 이루어진 고체 접촉매스 상에서 메틸클로라이드를 반응시켜 디메틸클로로실란을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 상기 고체 접촉매스에 대해 약 30∼1000ppm(주석금속으로 계산)의 주석금속, 또는 주석화합물, 및 약 0.05∼4%(세슘금속으로 계산)의 세슘 또는 세슘화합물을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주석의 함량이 약 80∼250ppm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세슘함량이 0.1∼1.5%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 고체 접촉매스에 대해 약 0.1∼3%(아연금속으로 계산)의 아연 또는 아연화합물을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아연의 중량비가 0.2∼1%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 구리, 염화제1구리 및 염화제2구리중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
