Claims (12)
- 표면파요소에 댐핑층을 이용하기 위한 다음 a) 내지 d)를 함유하는 음향적으로 정합된 반응성이 큰 수지화합물; a) 하나이상의 에폭시 수지, b) 하나이상의 디카르복시산 또는 폴리카르복시산 또는 디카르복시산 또는 폴리카르복시산의 산성 에스테르, c) 반응성이 큰 수지화합물의 가교를 촉매화하는 비율의 지방족아민 또는 이형방향족아민, 및 d) 용매, 상기의 아민수소당량 및 산당량은 에폭시당량과 관련하여 공동으로 불충분하며 그 혼합된 반응성이 큰 수지화합물은 사용목적을 위하 필요한 점성도를 갖는다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 반응성이 큰 수지화합물이 글리시딜 에테르형태의 에폭시 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 그 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀 A염기 또는 페놀노볼락 또는 크레졸노볼락염기와 디글리시딜에테르형태의 고체수지임을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1 내지 3중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 성분 a)가 부분적으로 에폭시화된 불포화 중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 그 성분 a)가 4-50%의 이중결합이 에폭시화된 폴리부타디엔을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1 내지 5항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 성분 b)가 트리메틸아디프산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1내지 6항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 염기성성분 c)가 치환된 이미다졸임을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1내지 7항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 아민성분은 하나이상의 N-H 결합을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1 내지 8항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 용매는 그것의 비점이 100℃이상인 에테르류, 에스테르류, 알코올류 또는 관련된 다중작용기 화합물들로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택되는 하나이상의 성분들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 그 용매화합물은 벤질알코올 및 아세트산 에톡시프로필로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 제1 내지 10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응성이 큰 수지화합물이 스크린-인쇄용 페이스트를 생성하기 위해 본질적으로 공지된 다른 보조제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물.
- 음향댐핑의 목적을 위해 표면파 요소들에 사용하는 제1 내지 10항들중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 따르는 반응성이 큰 수지화합물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
