Claims (17)
- 반(半)습윤 과립전분과 계면활성제의 혼합물을 형성할 수 있도록 약 10-40중량%의 수분을 제공하기 위해서 지방산 부분과 충분한 물을 함유하는 계면활성제 적어도 약 0.25중량%(전분 기준)와 과립전분을 혼합한 후, 열-수분으로 처리된 전분-계면활성제 제품을 제조하기 위해서 약 50°-120℃ 에서 상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계로 구성된 온수 분산성 전분-계면활성제 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산에안정한 전분 제품을 제조하기 위해서 상기 특허청구범위 1항에 얻어진 전분-계면활성제 제품을 크산탄, 구아르, 로커스트 빈, 알긴산염, 카라게난, 갓티 또는 카라야로 부터 선정되는 하나이상의 검 약 0.5-10중량%와 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전분-계면활성제 제품을 전체중량기준 수분 함량 수준이 약 5-15중량%로 될때까지 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 약 60℃-90℃인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열처리 시간이 약 3-16 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제의 함량이 약 0.25-5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제의 함량이 전분 기준으로 약 0.25-1.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제의 함량이 전분 기준으로 적어도 약 0.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 모노글리세라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노글리세라이드가 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 나트륨 스테아로일락틸레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전분이 타피오카 전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 온수 분산도가 약 100%이고 상대 반죽온도가 약 80℃인 전분-계면활성제 제품을 제조하기 위해서 전분기준으로 적어도 약 0.5중량%의 모노글리세라이드 계면활성제와 함께 약 20-35중량%의 물을 함유하는 반(半)-습윤 전분-계면활성제 혼합물을 약 60℃-90℃에서 약 3-16시간 동안 열처리하는 것으로 구성된 온수분산성 타피오카 전분 제품의 제조방법.
