Claims (10)

  1. a)8족 귀금속을 담체에 도입하기 위해서, 탄화수소, 알콜, 케톤, 및 할로겐화 탄화수소로부터 선택된 용매에 8족 귀금속의 아세틸아세토네이트의 적어도 하나가 용해된 용액과 촉매 담체를 접촉시킨후 : b)산소분자 함유가스 존재하에서 상기 금속으로 함침된 담체를 100-400°로 가열하여 용매를 제거하고 함침된 담체를 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지된 8족 귀금속 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 b)단계의 생성물은 50°내지 450℃ 온도에서 수소로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 용매가 탄화수소인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서 a)단계는 팔라디늄 이리듐 1로 다음 아세틸아세토네이트중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 아세틸아세토네이트의 탄화수소에 포함된 용액으로 실시되고 그리고 b) 단계는 200-400℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느하나에 있어서 a)단계는 탄화수소에 포함된 루테늄아세틸아세토네이트의 용액과 반응하고 b) 단계는 100-200℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 특허청구범위 2에 따르는 과정에 있어서 수소차리는 100-340°에서 이루어진다.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느하나에 있어서, a)단계의 용매가 방향족 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서 a)단계가 담체의 총 소공부피의 2-10배에 달하는 부피의 용액으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서 촉매담체가 표면적을 5-500m2/g로 갖는 실리카 알루미나실리카-알루미나로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 청구범위 1항 내지 9항중 어느하나의 방법으로 제조되는 촉매.
