Claims (10)
- a)8족 귀금속을 담체에 도입하기 위해서, 탄화수소, 알콜, 케톤, 및 할로겐화 탄화수소로부터 선택된 용매에 8족 귀금속의 아세틸아세토네이트의 적어도 하나가 용해된 용액과 촉매 담체를 접촉시킨후 : b)산소분자 함유가스 존재하에서 상기 금속으로 함침된 담체를 100-400°로 가열하여 용매를 제거하고 함침된 담체를 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지된 8족 귀금속 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 b)단계의 생성물은 50°내지 450℃ 온도에서 수소로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 용매가 탄화수소인것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서 a)단계는 팔라디늄 이리듐 1로 다음 아세틸아세토네이트중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 아세틸아세토네이트의 탄화수소에 포함된 용액으로 실시되고 그리고 b) 단계는 200-400℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느하나에 있어서 a)단계는 탄화수소에 포함된 루테늄아세틸아세토네이트의 용액과 반응하고 b) 단계는 100-200℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 특허청구범위 2에 따르는 과정에 있어서 수소차리는 100-340°에서 이루어진다.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느하나에 있어서, a)단계의 용매가 방향족 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서 a)단계가 담체의 총 소공부피의 2-10배에 달하는 부피의 용액으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서 촉매담체가 표면적을 5-500m2/g로 갖는 실리카 알루미나실리카-알루미나로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 9항중 어느하나의 방법으로 제조되는 촉매.
