Claims (4)
- 3-m-클로로아닐리노프로피온산을 발연황산으로 환화시킨 후, 하기 구조식(II)의 중간체 방향족 설폰산을 묽은 황산에 의해 탈설폰화시킨다음, 얻어진 7-클로로-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로키놀린-4-온을 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 7-클로로-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로키놀린-4-온의 제조방법.상기식에서, n은 1 또는 2이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0-40℃에서 10-70%의 삼산화황을 함유하는 발연황산으로 환화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환화 초기에 삼산화황/3-m-클로로아닐리노프로피온산의 몰비가 5-10인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물을 물에 희석시킨후 120-180℃에서 가열함으로서 탈설폰화반응을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
