Claims (7)
- 식(II)의 화합물과 아지리딘을 반응시켜서 식(I)의 리니티딘을 제조하는 것을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적절한 용매 존재하에 반응이 진행되는 것을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 물인 것을 특징으로한 푸란유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1-3항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 반응이 일어나는 온도가 20-100℃임을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 온도가 60-100℃인 것을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1-5항중 어느 한가지 항에 있어서, 식(I)의 화합물이 산성 부가염으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산성 부가염이 염산염 임을 특징으로한 푸란 유도체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
