Claims (2)

  1. (a) 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산촉매의 존재하에 HNR1R2구조식의 아민으로 축합시켜 R1이 수소인 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 R1이 n-알킬인 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 얻고,
    (b) 수득된 다음 구조식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 환원시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 시스-및 트랜스 이성체 염기의 혼합물을 얻고,
    (c) 상기 (b)단계로부터 수득한 혼합물로부터 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스 이성체 염기를 분리하며,
    (d) 필요하다면 (c)단계로부터 수득한 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스-이성체 염기를 약학적으로 수용 가능한 그것의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는,
    다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스-이성체 염기로 구성하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물 및 약학적으로 수용가능한 그것의 산부가염의 제조방법.
    상기 구조식에서
    R1은 수소 및 1 내지 3 탄소원자의 n-알킬로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 것이며,
    R2는 1 내지 3 탄소원자의 n-알킬이며,
    Z는
    X 및 Y는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로메틸 및 시아노로 구성되는 그룹에서 각각 선택되며, 단 적어도 X 및 Y의 하나는 수소가 아니어야 하며,
    W는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로 메틸 및 1 내지 3 탄소원자의 알콕시로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 것이다.
  2. (a) 다음 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 수소화하여 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 시스-및 트랜스-이성체 염기인 혼합물을 얻고,
    (b) (a)단계에서 수득한 상기 혼합물로 부터 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스-이성체 염기를 분리하고,
    (c) 필요하다면 (b)단계에서 수득한 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스-이성체 염기를 약학적으로 수용 가능한 그것의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 트랜스-이성체 염기로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 화합물 및 약학적으로 수용가능한 그것의 산부가염의 제조방법.
    상기 구조식에서
    R1은 수소 및 1 내지 3 탄소원자의 n-알킬로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 것이며,
    R2는 1 내지 3탄소원자의 n-알킬이며,
    Z는이며,
    X 및 Y는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로메틸 및 시아노로 구성되는 그룹에서 각각 선택되며, 단 적어도 X 및 Y의 하나는 수소가 아니어야 하며
    W는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로 메틸 및 1 내지 3 탄소원자의 알콕시로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 것이다.
