Claims (1)

  1. 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3, 4-데하이드로-5-페닐모르판을 수소화 시키거나 구조식(Ⅲ)의 2, 3-데하이드로-5-페닐모르파니움염을 환원시킴으로써 R3가 수소인 구조식(Ⅳ)의 5-페닐모르판 화합물을 제조하고 언급된 구조식(Ⅲ)의 2, 3-디하이드로-5-페닐모르파니움염을 R3알킬화제로 알킬화시켜 R3가 수소이외의 것인 구조식(Ⅵ)의 5-페닐모르판 화합물을 제조하며 이를 유기염기나 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염으로 회수함을 특징으로 하여 구조식(Ⅵ)의 5-페닐모르판 화합물 및 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식중
    R1은 수소, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C3알콕시이고,
    R2및 R3은 독립적으로 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 CH2C2-C4알케닐이며 단 R2및 R3모두가 수소는 아니다(구조식(Ⅳ)와 (Ⅲ)중 R2는 수소가 아님)
    R4는 수소, C1-C10알킬, 페닐 C1-C3알킬, 또는 CH2C3-C6사이클로알킬이다.
