Description
제1도는 본 발명 헤드의 설명도.
케이블내 도체심(導體心)을 둘러싼 절연층은 이 절연의 목적을 만족하게 수행하기 위하여 도체와의 완전히 동심(同心) 및 균일하고 일정한 두께를 가져야만 한다.
본 발명은 도체 케이블을 간단하고 많은 장점을 갖인 방법으로 상기 형태를 갖추어 절연 시키고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 수개의 도체들을 피복시켜 이들이 전길이에 걸쳐 어떠한 두께라도 균일한 절연층을 갖도록 하는 급전선 헤드(head)를 제공한다.
본 발명의 목적이 이 헤드는 수개의 셀프-센터링 다이(Self-Centering die)를 끼워 넣은 브럭 또는 동체를 포함하는데 이 다이(die)는 제조 목적에 관계없이 사용할 수 있으며 크기에 대하여서만이 조절을 필요로 한다.
이 헤드를 사용하여 압출기에 의하여 주입되는 절연물질은 정상 방향으로 진행되나 내부에서는 보정된 통로의 장치에 의하여 상기한 다이로 분산되여 이것을 통하여 흐름의 속도가 조절될 수 있다.
이 방법에서 헤드내의 상이한 다이들을 흐름의 용량 및 만들 절연의 두께에 관계 없이 균일하고 평행된 방법으로 주입 가능하므로 절연물질을 균일하게 흐르게하여 균일한 분산을 이룩할 수 있다.
또한 이 헤드는 절연도체를 고속 제조할 때 당해 공업의 현재 기술로서 사용할 수 있는 최대 속도에 완전히 적응할 수 있는 한편 다중 분산 장치에 의하여 다이로 부터 출구에서 반대압력을 감소시키므로 압출기의 효율을 증가시킨다.
본 발명의 특징을 보다 잘 이해시키기 위하여 도면이 이것의 사용의 계통적 설명을 나타내기 위하여 첨부되었는데 이러한 설명은 어떤 한정을 하기 위한 것은 아니며 필수 형태로부터 이탈됨이 없이 근소한 변형이 있을 수도 있다.
본 발명 헤드는 적당히 열처리되여 기계 제각된 특별한 강철로 만들어진 부분 1로 구성되었으며, 이 부분(1)의 한 첨단은 이것을 사용하고자 하는 압출기에 부착시키기 위한 형태(2)를 갖는다.
이 교합점(2)에는 입구 도관(3)있고 내면부분(1)은 종래 형태의 자체 중심화 다이에 대한 각 하우싱(5)쪽으로 인도하는 많은 보정된 통로 4로 나누어졌다.
다이에 대한 이 하우성(5)는 턱을 갖도록 제작되어 이들이 나사(6)의 장치에 의하여 밀폐될 때 각 다이들은 이들내에 잡힌다.
입구 도관(3)로 보정 통로(4)의 수렴검에 입구도관(3)으로 부터 나와서 보충 통로(4)에 따라 다이에 대한 하우싱(5)쪽으로 가는 물질의 흐름을 조절하는 조절기(7) 있다.
헤드내의 적당한 작업 온도는 가열기 소자(8)의 장치에 의하여 유지되어 이것의 조작은 항온기(9)의 장치에 의하여 조절된다.
기술한 형태에 따라 도면에 설명된 헤드의 설명은 2개의 도선을 동시에 피복시킬 수 있으나 동일한 방법으로 요구하는 수의 하우싱(5)와 통로(4)만 있다면 보다 많은 수의 도선을 처리할 수도 있다.
Claims (1)
- 본문에 상술한 바와 같이, 헤드가 이것의 한 첨단상에 적당한 압출기에 연결 시킬 수 있는 형태를 갖인 동체 또는 브럭으로 구성되였는데 이 브럭은 자체 중심화 다이를 잡아주기 위한 턱 같이 제작된 하우싱을 갖이며 이 하우싱은 보정된 통로를 통하여 압출기에결합시키기 위하여 배열된 브럭의 첨단으로부터 인도되는 주입구 도관과 결합되였고 입구 도관과 보정된 통로의 수렴 부분에 다이 내로 옥 들어가는 물질의 흐름을 조절하기 위한 흐름 조절기가 장치되였으며 적당한 작업온도를 유지하기 위하여 가열 장치가 부착된 도체의 다중 절연용 헤드(head).
