본 고안은 목침목에 레일을 고정 체결함에 있어서 체결상태를 보다 광범위하고 견고하게 효율적으로 체결하기 위한 목침목용(木枕木用)레일 체결보강장치(締結補强裝置)에 관한 것으로써 종전의 사용하고 있는 목침목용 레일체결장치는 그 대부분이 상단 두부에 약간의 돌출부를 가진 체결정(締結釘) 1개만을 레일과 목침목에 연결하여 박고 상단부에 돌출된 적은 면적의 체결정 두부에 의지시켜 간신히 레일의 양측을 눌러주고 있는 상태에 불과함으로 체결상태(締結狀態)가 견고치 못하고 불안전(不安全)하여 열차가 선로위에를 통과할시 진동과 충격에 의하여 체결정이 잘 빠지기 쉽고 레일의 이동(移動) 및 포진작용(匍進作用)을 방지하지 못함으로 레일과 레일사이에 유간형성(游間形成)이 일정하게 잘 이루워지지 않아 열차사고발생의 원인이 되는 일이 많았으며, 특히 근래에 와서는 열차운행(列車運行)의 고속화(高速化)에 따라 진동(振動)과 충격(衝擊)이 더욱 심해져가는 차제에 불안전한 종래의 목침목용 레일체결장치의 개량(改良) 및 효율적인 보강장치(補强裝置)가 더욱 절실하게 요망되고 있는 실정에 있다.The present invention relates to a rail fastening reinforcing device for a wooden sleeper for fastening a fastening state more broadly and steadily and efficiently in fixing and fastening a rail to a wooden sleeper.
