Claims (13)
- 복수의 기공을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 필름이고,
상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 필름은 무기입자를 포함하고, 상기 무기입자는 상기 기공내에 존재하며, 상기 무기입자 직경이 상기 기공직경보다 작은
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자는 실리카, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 제올라이트, 티타늄 산화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자의 입자직경은 10um 내지 50um인
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 펜텐, 헥센, 헵텐, 옥텐 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 중합체 또는 하나이상이 공중합된 탄성중합체인
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 통기성 필름의 공극률이 30% 내지 50%인
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 통기성 필름의 두께는 40um 내지 50um인
통기성 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기공직경은 내포하는 무기입자의 직경에 상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체의 연신율을 곱한 값인
통기성 필름.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 연신율은 연신전 통기성 필름 길이 대비 연신후 통기성 필름 길이의 백분율이고, 상기 연신율이 120% 내지 200%인
통기성 필름.
- 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체와 무기입자를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 압출 및 연신하여 복수의 기공을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 필름을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 필름은 무기입자를 포함하고, 상기 무기입자는 상기 기공내에 존재하며, 상기 무기입자의 직경이 상기 기공직경보다 작은
통기성 필름 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 100중량부에 대하여, 무기입자를 30중량부 내지 50중량부 혼합하는
통기성 필름 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 연신이 종방향(machine direction, MD)으로 실시되는
통기성 필름 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체의 연신율이 무기입자의 연신율 보다 큰
통기성 필름 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물에 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체 100중량부에 대하여, 0.2중량부 내지 1중량부의 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는
통기성 필름 제조방법.
