Abstract
Description
도 1 내지 도 3은 각각 실시예 5 및 실시예 6과 비교예 2에 기재된 바와 같은, 본 명세서에 개시된 전해질 조성물을 함유하는 온전지(full cell)에서의 첫 번째 충전 및 방전 사이클에 대한 전압 대 용량(capacity) 곡선이다.
Claims (12)
- (a) 적어도 하나의 전해질 염; 및
(b) 용매 혼합물을 포함하며,
용매 혼합물은 용매 혼합물의 약 10 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%의 농도의 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 및 용매 혼합물의 약 50 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 농도의 CH3CO2CH2CF2H를 포함하는 전해질 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 전해질 염은
리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트,
Li PF3(CF2CF3)3,
리튬 비스(트라이플루오로메탄설포닐)이미드,
리튬 비스(퍼플루오로에탄설포닐)이미드,
리튬 (플루오로설포닐)(노나플루오로부탄설포닐)이미드,
리튬 비스(플루오로설포닐)이미드,
리튬 테트라플루오로보레이트,
리튬 퍼클로레이트,
리튬 헥사플루오로아르세네이트,
리튬 트라이플루오로메탄설포네이트,
리튬 트리스(트라이플루오로메탄설포닐)메타이드,
리튬 비스(옥살라토)보레이트,
리튬 다이플루오로(옥살라토)보레이트,
Li2B12F12 - xHx (여기서, x는 0 내지 8임), 및
리튬 플루오라이드와 음이온 수용체의 혼합물로 이루어진 군의 하나 이상의 구성원으로부터 선택되는 전해질 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서, 전해질 염은 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트인 전해질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카르보네이트는 용매 혼합물의 약 30 중량%를 구성하고 CH3CO2CH2CF2H는 용매 혼합물의 약 70 중량%를 구성하는 전해질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질 조성물의 약 0.01 중량% 내지 2 중량% 미만의 농도의 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트를 추가로 포함하는 전해질 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트는 전해질 조성물의 약 1 중량%를 구성하는 전해질 조성물.
- (a) 하우징;
(b) 상기 하우징 내에 배치되며 서로 전도성 접촉하는 애노드 및 캐소드;
(c) 상기 하우징 내에 배치되며 상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이의 이온 전도 경로를 제공하는 전해질 조성물 - 여기서, 상기 전해질 조성물은
(i) 적어도 하나의 전해질 염; 및
(ii) 용매 혼합물 (여기서, 용매 혼합물은 용매 혼합물의 약 10 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%의 농도의 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 및 용매 혼합물의 약 50 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 농도의 CH3CO2CH2CF2H를 포함함)을 포함함 - ; 및
(d) 상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이의 다공성 분리막(separator)을 포함하는 전기화학 전지. - 제7항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카르보네이트는 용매 혼합물의 약 30 중량%를 구성하고 CH3CO2CH2CF2H는 용매 혼합물의 약 70 중량%를 구성하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용매 혼합물은 전해질 조성물의 약 0.01 중량% 내지 2 중량% 미만의 농도의 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트를 추가로 포함하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 플루오로에틸렌 카르보네이트는 전해질 조성물의 약 1 중량%를 구성하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 리튬 이온 배터리인 전기화학 전지.
- 제7항에 따른 전기화학 전지를 포함하는 전자 장치.
