Abstract
점도 평균 분자량이 17,000 이상이고, (A-1) 분기형 폴리카보네이트 10∼100 질량부 및 (A-2) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 90∼0 질량부로 이루어지는 (A) 폴리카보네이트 100 질량부에 대해, (B) 광확산제 0.1∼5 질량부, (C) 난연제 0.01∼1.0 질량부, (D) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0∼0.5 질량부, (E) 폴리오르가노실록산 0∼2 질량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물, 그리고, 그 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 성형 가공하여 얻어지는 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형체이다.

Claims (19)
- 점도 평균 분자량이 17,000 이상이고, (A-1) 분기형 폴리카보네이트 10∼100 질량부 및 (A-2) 방향족 폴리카보네이트 90∼0 질량부로 이루어지는 (A) 폴리카보네이트 100 질량부에 대해, (B) 광확산제 0.1∼5 질량부, (C) 난연제 0.01∼1.0 질량부, (D) 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0∼0.5 질량부, (E) 폴리오르가노실록산 0∼2 질량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
(A) 성분 100 질량부에 대해, (F) 산화 방지제를 0.01∼1.0 질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
(C) 성분이 유기 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 유기 알칼리 토금속염인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(D) 성분이 수성 분산형의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(D) 성분이 아크릴 피복된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(E) 성분이 페닐기, 메톡시기 및 비닐기를 갖는 폴리오르가노실록산인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
(A-1) 성분에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 분기제의 사용량이 (A-1) 성분의 원료인 2 가 페놀 화합물에 대해 0.01∼3.0 몰% 의 범위인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 분기제가 1,1,1-트리스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
1,1,1-트리스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄의 사용량이 (A-1) 성분의 원료인 2 가 페놀 화합물에 대해 0.2∼2.0 몰% 의 범위인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
점도 평균 분자량이 17,000 이상 22,000 미만인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물로서, (A-1) 성분에 있어서, 1,1,1-트리스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄의 사용량이 (A-1) 성분의 원료인 2 가 페놀 화합물에 대해 0.2 몰% 이상 1.0 몰% 미만의 범위이고, (D) 성분의 함유량이 (A) 성분 100 질량부에 대해 0.03∼0.5 질량부인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
점도 평균 분자량이 17,000 이상 22,000 미만인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물로서, (A-1) 성분에 있어서, 1,1,1-트리스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄의 사용량이 (A-1) 성분의 원료인 2 가 페놀 화합물에 대해 1.0 몰% 이상 1.5 몰% 미만의 범위이고, (D) 성분의 함유량이 (A) 성분 100 질량부에 대해 0.01∼0.5 질량부인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
(A-1) 성분에 있어서, 1,1,1-트리스(4-하이드록시페닐)에탄의 사용량이 (A-1) 성분의 원료인 2 가 페놀 화합물에 대해 1.5 몰% 이상이고, (D) 성분의 함유량이 0 질량부인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
점도 평균 분자량이 22,000 이상인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
(B) 성분이 Si 계 광확산제인 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난연 광확산 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 성형 가공하여 얻어지는 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
성형체가 조명 기구용 커버인 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형체. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
성형체가 표시 기구용 확산 커버인 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형체. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
성형체가 액정 디스플레이용 확산판인 폴리카보네이트 수지 성형체.
