Claims (21)
- (A) 탄소수 4 이상 20 이하의 알칸디올 디(메타)아크릴레이트와 (B) 광중합 개시제를 함유하고, (메타)아크릴레이트당 친수성 관능기량이 5.00~7.60mmol/g의 범위에 있고, 함수량이 90ppm 이하인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
(C) (A)성분 이외의 (메타)아크릴레이트를 더 함유하고, (A)성분과 (C)성분의 합계 100질량부에 대해 (A)성분을 30질량부 이상 100질량부 미만, (B)성분을 0.05~6질량부, (C)성분을 0질량부 초과 70질량부 이하 함유하는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(C)성분 중의 (메타)아크릴레이트당 친수성 관능기량이 3.00~15.00mmol/g인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
25℃에서 E형 점도계에 의해 측정되는 점도가 2mPa·s 이상 50mPa·s 이하인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
함수량이 50ppm 이하인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
용존 산소량이 1ppm 이상 20ppm 이하인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
2관능 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머/폴리머 및 다관능 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머/폴리머를 함유하지 않는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(A)성분이 탄소수 12 이상 16 이하의 알칸디올 디(메타)아크릴레이트인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(A)성분이 1,12-도데칸디올 디(메타)아크릴레이트인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(C)성분이 탄소수 8 이상의 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트, 지환식 탄화수소기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 방향족 탄화수소기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군 중 1종 이상인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(C)성분이 라우릴(메타)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(C)성분이 디시클로펜타닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜타닐옥시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜테닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 디시클로펜테닐옥시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 디시클로펜타닐옥시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(C)성분이 에톡시화-o-페닐페놀(메타)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(B)성분이 아실포스핀옥사이드 유도체인 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제를 경화한 경화체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제로 접합한 접합체.
- 380nm 이상 500nm 이하의 파장을 이용하여 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제의 경화 방법.
- 발광 파장 395nm의 LED 램프를 이용하여 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제의 경화 방법.
- 잉크젯법을 이용하여 도포하는, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제의 도포 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제를 포함한 유기 EL 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 소자용 봉지제를 포함한 디스플레이.
