Claims (15)
- 커버 글라스;
상기 커버 글라스 하부에 배치되며 투명부를 갖는 액정 패널;
상기 투명부와 대응되는 관통홀이 형성되고, 상기 커버 글라스와 상기 액정 패널 사이에 배치되는 상부 편광판;
상기 커버 글라스와 상기 상부 편광판 사이에 부착되는 OCA 필름; 및
상기 관통홀 내에 충전되는 OCR 레진을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 OCA 필름은 지그에 의해 상기 커버 글라스에 먼저 부착되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 OCA 필름은 150 μm 내지 250 μm 의 두께를 갖는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 OCR 레진은 상기 상부 편광판의 두께만큼 도포되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 OCR 레진은 100 μm 내지 150 μm 의 두께를 갖는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 OCR 레진은 일정 간격으로 이격되는 위치의 다수의 점(Dot) 분사 방식으로 상기 투명부 상에 분사되면서 상기 관통홀 내에 충전되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 점은 9 개 또는 10개인, 디스플레이 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 관통홀에 충전된 상기 OCR 레진은 자외선(UV)에 의해 경화되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 관통홀에서 상기 OCR 레진이 경화되면, 상기 상부 편광판과 상기 커버 글라스에 부착된 상기 OCA 필름과 밀착 결합되는, 디스플레이 장치. - 투명부가 형성된 액정 패널과 관통홀이 형성된 상부 편광판을 구비하여, 상기 관통홀이 상기 투명부에 대응하도록 상기 액정 패널 상에 상기 상부 편광판을 부착하는 단계;’
상기 액정 패널의 상기 투명부 상으로 OCR 분사액을 분사하여, 상기 상부 편광판에 형성된 상기 관통홀에 OCR 레진을 충전하는 단계;
상기 OCR 레진을 경화시키는 단계;
커버 글라스에 OCA 필름을 부착하는 단계; 및
상기 상부 편광판과 상기 커버 글라스에 부착된 상기 OCA 필름을 밀착 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 OCR 분사액은 일정 간격으로 이격되는 위치의 다수의 점(Dot) 분사 방식으로 상기 투명부 상에 분사되면서 상기 관통홀 내에 충전되는, 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 점은 9 개 또는 10개인, 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 OCR 레진은 상기 상부 편광판의 두께만큼 도포되는, 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 OCA 필름은 150 μm 내지 250 μm 의 두께를 가지며,
상기 OCR 레진은 100 μm 내지 150 μm 의 두께를 갖는, 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
