Claims (36)
- 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된(compatibilized) 중합체 합금 조성물에 있어서,
(a) 열가소성 폴리우레탄(thermoplastic polyurethane)(TPU) 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polybutylene terephthalate)(PBT) 또는 폴리아미드(polyamide) 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT)인 둘의 상용 가능하지 않은 엔지니어링 플라스틱들; 그리고
(b) 올레핀-말레산 무수물(olefin-maleic anhydride) 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 상기 상용 가능하지 않은 엔지니어링 플라스틱들의 상용화(compatibilization)를 가능하게 하며,
상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 말레산 무수물 및 올레핀의 1:1 교호 공중합체이고,
상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체의 농도는 상기 조성물의 0.5% 내지 2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상용 가능하지 않은 엔지니어링 플라스틱들은 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU) 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상용 가능하지 않은 엔지니어링 플라스틱들은 폴리아미드 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 에틸렌-말레산 무수물 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 하나 또는 그 이상은 재활용인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀은 에틸렌(ethylene), 프로필렌(propylene), 이소부틸렌(isobutylene), 1-부텐(butene), 옥텐(octene), 부타디엔(butadiene), 스티렌(styrene), 이소프렌(isoprene), 헥센(hexene), 도데센(dodecene), 1-도데센 및 테트라데센(tetradecene)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 40,000 내지 600,000의 중량 평균 분자량(MWw)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물의 농도는 상기 조성물의 0.5% 내지 1.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 엔지니어링 플라스틱들 중의 하나 또는 그 이상은 재활용인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물 공중합체는 40,000 내지 600,000의 중량 평균 분자량(MWw)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀-말레산 무수물의 농도는 상기 조성물의 0.5% 내지 1.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성의 펠릿화 가능하고 상용화된 중합체 합금 조성물.
