Claims (11)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지 (A) 40~80중량% 및 유리 섬유 (B) 20~60중량%로 이루어지는 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대해, 아인산 에스테르계 화합물 (C)를 0.01~0.2중량부 및 지방산 에스테르 (D)를 0.1~2중량부, 열가소성 엘라스토머 (E)를 0.2~20중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물로서,
아인산 에스테르계 화합물 (C)가, 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 화합물이고,
열가소성 엘라스토머 (E)가, 폴리스티렌-폴리(에틸렌/프로필렌) 블록 공중합체, 폴리스티렌-폴리(에틸렌/프로필렌) 블록-폴리스티렌 공중합체, 폴리스티렌-폴리(에틸렌/부틸렌) 블록-폴리스티렌 공중합체, 폴리스티렌-폴리(에틸렌-에틸렌/프로필렌) 블록-폴리스티렌 공중합체, 또는, 폴리에스테르계 열가소성 엘라스토머인, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
일반식 (1)
(식 중, R1 및 R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기 또는 알킬기로 치환되어 있어도 되는 아릴기를 나타내고, a 및 b는, 각각 독립적으로, 0~3의 정수를 나타낸다) - 청구항 1에 있어서,
폴리카보네이트 수지 (A)의 점도 평균 분자량이 16000~30000인, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
유리 섬유 (B)가 에폭시계 집속제 또는 우레탄계 집속제로 처리되고, 섬유 단면의 평균 직경이 6~20μm인, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
유리 섬유 (B)가, 섬유 단면의 장경의 평균값이 10~50μm이며, 장경과 단경의 비(장경/단경)의 평균값이 2~8인 편평 단면을 갖는, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
일반식 (1)로 표시되는 아인산 에스테르계 화합물 (C)가, 3,9-비스(2,6-디-tert-부틸-4-메틸페녹시)-2,4,8,10-테트라옥사-3,9-디포스파스피로[5,5]운데칸, 또는, 3,9-비스(2,6-디-tert-부틸-4-메틸페녹시)-2,4,8,10-테트라옥사-3,9-디포스파스피로[5,5]운데칸인, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
지방산 에스테르 (D)가, 펜타에리스리톨테트라스테아레이트인, 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 섬유 강화 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 성형하여 얻어진, 수지 성형품.
